I had a great experience with this dealer from start to finish. Jovie was prompt in answering all my questions and assisted me in text with plenty of photos and every detail i requested about the car I was interested in. I cant say enough about how helpful he was in this process. Ken was also a great guy to work with. As a salesperson I know I can be difficult but these guys didnt make me feel like I was working. I purchased my vehicle here and I would highly reccomend this dealership based on the quality of staff and the meticulousness of the vehicles there. I had been to a few other places first and their cars were a mess in comparison to hertz. If you are looking for a new to you ride, dont hesitate to give this place a chance. Most importanly I must add that the price was the best deal around by a landslide!

I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.
My wife and I bought a really nice 2016 Mazda CX-5 yesterday from this dealership. We couldn???t be happier with the car and also the quality of service provided to us. Our sales person was Juan Pizarro and he was great. He took the time to show us multiple cars until we were satisfied with one. Also being a military veteran I was more than happy to have Juan, who is also a military veteran, as my sales person. And I thank him for his service. As I stated before, the entire staff was outstanding. From the sales person all the way to management and finance. Everyone worked with us to assure that we were happy with the car and pricing. I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.
Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
Service was the usual, exceptional. Used car I bought was clean inside, exterior in v.g. shape the MGR, Mr. Ashley, was courteous and knowledgeable and took care to explain the features of the vehicle.. I helped my son in buying the car, I presenntly lease a Cadenza from this Bev Smith location.
