If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!

Great subcompact car. Attractive exterior, nice simple interior. Great gas milage. Wish it had telescopic steering wheel option,(I'm 6'2") But you adjust. I love my Rio Hatchback!

When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
2023 Kia Rio review
Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

2019 Kia Rio review
Have 48000 miles on it, runs great and fuel mileage is awesome. I average 36 in the city and 42+ on the highway. Drove 4500 miles in three weeks and got an average of 42 mpg. Tires have another 5000 miles before needing to be replaced.
