On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
Very pleased with decision to look at Kings Kia. Rachel in sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Dealer was very fair in pricing. Would do refer to others and do business again in the future with them.
It only took us 1 visit talking with Rachael to come back and purchase our 2015 Kia Sportage! She was very patient in all my questions and answered all my concerns throughout the process. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for a new Kia!
Although we did not purchase a new Kia, I would encourage anyone who is looking at this type of vehicle to ask for Greg Frankel. He is knowledgeable and keeps a nice relaxing tone in the sales experience. We actually drove back to the dealership to thank Greg in person and apologize for not buying from him. Even then he was gracious and friendly. The only reason we did not buy is that Kia didn't have quite the vehicle we were looking for. But if anyone is interested in any model of new Kia or used vehicle, my wife and I give a hearty recommendation that you go see Greg. Al and Jenny Sheldon
This is our fourth Kia purchase from this dealership in 3 years so obviously they are doing something right! We have a Soul, an Optima and just purchased a Sportage. The gas mileage is what keeps us coming back. My husband traded in his Soul for a new one and it is the most comfortable car for a long drive I have ever been in. It beat out the Honda minivan, the Toyota minivan, and a Dodge Durango, and they were all top of the line. His Soul is the turbo so it???s bigger than the average Soul. I am hoping my Sportage is the same! I was driving the Optima but gave it to our 20yr old son who has driven a 1996 Jeep Cherokee for the last 4 years! I think we are all happy!
Greg and the team at Kings Kia were attentive, honest, and fair during our purchase of our 2019 Kia Sorento. We took two different vehicles out of a drive and never felt pressured to make a decision. Granted, we have a 2011 Sorento that has been a great car and therefore didn't need a lot of persuasion on the choice of the Sorento but were ready to travel to another dealer if things didn't go as planned. We didn't need to as Greg gave us an fair price. Once the sale was done, Greg spent a lot of time familiairing us with the dizzying number of features on the vehicle. Overall Greg and Rob made the transaction about as easy as it could be, I look forward to my next purchase at Kings Kia.
I'm not really sure how you did it. But you did you sold me another silver car okay with custom look silver and black. I hate silver cars because there are so many of them out there. I never could find mine. But I haven't lost this one in any parking lot yet! :) I walked out owing more money but still happy and content. A real game stopper for me. I love this Kia Soul it was made for me it's easier for me to get in and out of with out my hips or knees killing me. Special thanks goes out to Greg, Rob, Mario and Jay. The four of you played a part in this deal and making me leave happier than I was when I came in. You guys were great to deal with. Also I would like to thank Chris Metz and the other Chris (forget last name) in the service department. You two give a new meaning to customer service you know the old fashion kind. It seems in this day and age people in the service industry would rather say "screw you" instead of putting forth the service you guys give. You give amazing service to the details and concerns of your customers. What a Great dealership you should all be very proud. Thank You. PS I have all your cards so you haven't seen the last of me.
Awesome service. Josh Mullins was professional and friendly. Quick service. Highly recommend! Puchased my Kia in 2010 and never had a issue. There are dealers closer to my home but will continue to deal with Kings.

Due to an uneasy experience at another car dealership I was dissapointed and decided to wait before looking again. To make a long story short, a representative from Superior Kia reached out to me to see if i was interested in looking at the vehicle i had viewed online..at first i thought it was a joke...that all kia dealers were under one head( if that make sense) but she( Heather) explained it to me exactly how it worked, that they were not the same, and that they had their own finance team and so on..so i said let me give this a try. I am so glad that i did because I left with exactly what i wanted. My sales guy..John Gaul is so awesome..he made my whole experience a positive one..even down to customer service! To anyone out there looking to purchase a vehicle..THIS IS THE PLACE! To the whole superior team..Keep up the good work! You made me a very happy customer!
