Recently had brakes done on my Canyon. Haley was service under writer. Was extremely happy with how she handled everything, very polite and professional. Noted on paper work of an oil leak, already had extended warranty approval and loaner arranged, just needed to make the appointment. Thanks to everyone

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I have been a repeat customer at Federico for more than five years at this point and they continue to go above and beyond for me that keeps me coming back. I am a brand new mom and recently was informed my Jeep has a recall. I reached out to Colton and not only did he get me scheduled, but he offered to take my car in for me since I live close and so I could keep my baby at home. We are customers for life all thanks to Colton!!

Bommarito Honda Superstore review
I bought a pre owned Honda from Neil Smith. He is a wonderful salesman. He paid attention to detail and stayed within my budget and worked with me until we were able to come to an agreement. He answered all my questions and at the end of the deal I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He is a great asset to Bommarito Honda and if anyone is looking to buy a car please ask for Neil Smith you will not be disappointed!!!!
2023 Kia Sorento review
The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

BMW of Creve CoeurReviews
BMW of Creve Coeur review
We recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Ceeve Couer. We had very good communication with Nate and everyone else we dealt with. We arrived at the dealership, and were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any thing to drink while waiting on Mate to return.from a demo. After Nate returned, we looked at the car and had another person.from the dealership show us the car and answered any questions we had. He has pretty much the same car we looked at so was very knowledgeable. We made a deal on the car and did the paperwork. The car needed an AC part which was on order, so we left a deposit for the car and will pick up when.it is fixed. So far, we are very pleased with the experience, and can't wait to get the car when ready.
2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers Mall review
CarMax made the purchase of my vehicle run smoothly, without having to go to the Division of Motor Vehicles. They addressed my concerns promptly and, when new keys had to be made, offered a "loaner" vehicle until the problem was fixed. I recommend CarMas to everyone!
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats, fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

CarMax St. Louis South LindberghReviews
2025 Kia Sorento review
We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

EchoPark Automotive St. Louis review
We have sold two cars here and have had excellent experience both times. They have consistently given us the best offer for our vehicles and did not push us to buy from them. This last time we worked with Rico and he was great! We had to work to get the title from the lien holder and he helped us every step of the way. Would highly recommend as a place to go!
2025 Kia Sorento review
There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Dave Sinclair Ford review
Everyone was nice and the place was extremely busy. We worked with Nick who was working with 2 sets of customers at the same time, he did a pretty good job of handling both. We test drove a truck and tried to work a deal, but it just did not get down into our price range.
2021 Kia Sorento review
I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

Matthew the service representative was very helpful and advised that there was an outstanding warranty claim. He also keep me informed as to the entire repair process
2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I usually hate buying cars but the experience I had with my salesman, Kris Portnoy, at Suntrup Kia was great. No high pressure and great to work with. He explained everything about my new vehicle and Kris really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle!
2023 Kia Sorento review
I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

2024 Kia Sorento review
I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
