I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with the staff of Island Mazda in Staten Island. For many years I have been leasing from Honda and had no intention of switching but after a stressful day of going from one dealership to another, I decided to stop by Island Mazda before calling it a day at the suggestion of my dad. I'm now very thankful that I did. Freddy Bosco was beyond friendly and personable. Both Freddy and the manager Mike are hilarious with big personalities. They are genuine, professional guys who made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was given a great deal and am more than happy with the car I ended up with. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we were about to leave, Freddy got in the car with us to show us everything again and make sure no questions were left unanswered. This is my first Mazda and I couldn't be happier, not with just the car, but with the entire process. Freddy and Mike went above and beyond to assist me and they did it with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone due to their impeccable service.

Excellent service that started with Ben over the internet then Brian took over on the sales floor and helped me close the deal. They even got me the color combination I wanted (was not in stock) at the price I wanted. Enjoying my Sorento, thanks again guys!
Even though my car was only in for some recalls I was treated very well. Our service guy, Mike was extremely helpful in getting my care done quickly and didn't push any other services on me, he did mention to me the the car needed an oil change and filter but since my daughter uses the car I was unaware of it. They offer you free drinks and food while you wait, even lunch sandwiches!!! If my daughter ever wanted another Kia, this is the place to come to.
I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.

First and foremost, Sean Lynch is the Salesman to see! I needed a larger vehicle as I frequently drive my three grandchildren around at the same time. I was already in a KIA Soul and loved the car. The size was just not working. I was just about 1/3 of the way through my financing, so we were pretty sure we wouldn't be able to trade up. My husband was approached by Sean upon hi arrival at the dealership. Ethan liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, not pushy and willing to understand where we were coming from. Within minutes, Ethan was driving a Sorento. It was perfect, three rows of seats and back up cam, plus a few extras. When I got there, Mr. Lynch was equally cordial, and was happy to tell me that a car was on the horizon! But...... I didn't like the color! Sean immediately got on the phone to the surrounding dealers and promptly found the interior and body colors I wanted. We had plans for the evening, so Sean offered to drive our new car to our house, so that we didn't have to stay and wait. Our beautiful new Sorento was waiting in our driveway upon our return! Thank you Sean Lynch for making a very good car dealership into an awesome place to purchase your new car! You must check it out and ask for Mr. Lynch!

Amazing service experience....This is my second Kia, both leased from Yonkers Kia. After mediocre buying experience and horrible service experience to fix issues with new vehicle, gave White Plains Kia a shot for 6-month/3,000 mile service....Appointment scheduling was a piece of cake, check-in was easy and pleasant, waiting area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Approx. 90 minutes for service was amazing! Will definitely bring back in the future!
Came to turn in my car after a three year lease. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I worked with Reggie and James. They both provide excellent service. They worked to get be the deal available. I definitely recommend coming to this dealership!
