Researching a vehicle is the best way to locate and obtain the features most important to the buyer. Miami Lakes advertising and illustration of the car I wanted was very clear and the sales team was extremely helpful in getting answers to my questions. 2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Rick Case KiaReviews
Rick Case Kia review
I have been driving—and taking my vehicles to dealerships for maintenance, repairs, and recalls—for over 50 years. In all that time, I can honestly say I have never experienced the level of service I received from Julie Skaine at Rick Case Kia. Julie’s professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to customer care truly set her apart. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. What impressed me most was her communication—she kept me informed every step of the way and responded promptly to every text and phone call. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with this level of respect and attention. Without hesitation, I can say that Julie Skaine is the best Service Advisor I have encountered in all my years of car ownership. Thank you, Julie, for your outstanding service. You have earned my complete trust, and you will absolutely be my go-to Service Advisor in the future. Excellent service all around. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly give her ten. Way to go, Julie.

2020 Kia Soul review
I've now had my 2020 Soul for almost 3 years. Keep in mind I have the manual 6 speed not an automatic and was the base model. First gear is VERY low compared to any other 4 cylinder engine manual I've had so it can be a little jerky until you figure it out. I've gotten as much as 45mpg on the highway by not driving 70 mph. It can hold its own on the highway amd not burn gas like other models. Although not listed in the US it does have the capability to pull small trailers if you purchase an aftermarket hitch and wiring kit. The trunk space although appears small from the outside is actually quite deep. I do craft shows and people can't believe how much I am able to keep on there when I fold the seats down especially. At 6'4" with the seat lift as high as it will go I still have about 5 inches above my head. That was one of the key benefits that sold me. Even with my seat back people behind me still have room vs the compact cars in the same price point. I'm concerned with the recall notices I have received however, knock on wood they have not included my car yet or unaware if my Vin is included so to keep an eye out for issues. I live Android Auto however, you can not use a cheap USB cable from 5 below. I had to purchase one from best buy. It didn't need to be top of the line, the generic brand worked but they're just built better apparently. The tires that come with the vehicle are cheap. They will get you to 30k miles however, mine were cracked between each tread after maybe a year. It looked like a dryrot crack yet my vehicle doesn't sit around. This model can take traditional oil, blend or full synthetic which is nice. Overall I do love my little car especially as gas prices have increased. It allows me to do everything I want without the extra expense of purchasing a small SUV nor the gas of a small SUV and I'd consider purchasing another one down the line.

2021 Kia Soul review
I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

2022 Kia Soul review
We bought a 2020 Kia Soul GT. We loved it. I caution you to NOT buy into all the add-on warranties. You will never get your money out. We got snookered in and it raised our pmt by several $$. We loved the car so much that we bought a second Soul. We sold the 2020 and kept the 2022. It gets between 35 and 41 mpg. Dealer does all the work.

Happy to receive my car this morning! Leo informed me it was dispatched yesterday, and today it arrived. Communication was excellent. They made buying a vehicle easy. Thank you for the assistance!
2015 Kia Soul review
The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

2019 Kia Soul review
I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I have bought and serviced cars for years here. Service Dept. is trustworthy and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular dealership to buy a car, or have a car in for service.
2020 Kia Soul review
I've only had my Soul for three weeks, but I love it already. It's smooth and quiet and I didn't put gas in for two weeks. A terrific warranty comes with a Kia car. I do wish it had a CD player because I love audiobooks, but that's my only - if silly - complaint. It's a terrific little car.
