I live about 250 miles from Atlanta but based on previous car purchases I knew it sometimes pays to travel to get a good price. I didn't choose Rick Case Kia because of their reputation. In fact, I didn't even read the reviews. I chose Rick Case because I found the specific exterior/interior color combination of the Kia Sorento I wanted and they had a recent price reduction posted on their website. I initiated contact via online form. That was on a Thursday evening and I was checking to confirm availability. I heard back late Thursday night that the vehicle was avaiable. I replied and asked about getting that posted price AND the 0% financing through Kia Motor Finance. On Friday I received an email from Kendrick, the Sales Manager, with an out the door price quote. There was a slight difference due to not being able to combine one of the offered rebates with the 0% financing but that was understandable. I asked Kendrick if they were being aggressive on trade-ins and he said they were. My trade-in was a Mazda 6 and Kendrick said that there is a Rick Case Mazda dealership close to the Kia one and that someone from there would be able to appraise my car. I had arranged for a relative to ride with me in case I decided to keep my Mazda. She had to cancel but after having talked to Kendrick I felt confident driving alone with the expectation I would get a fair trade value. I told Kendrick I would drive up Saturday and on Saturday morning, sales associate Dylan called me to confirm I was still coming and said to ask for him when I arrived. I arrived about 2:30 and Dylan had me supply some preliminary info for my trade-in. While my car was being appraised we took a test drive and Dylan thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. When we returned Dylan had me fill out the credit app. He returned shortly with a final out the door price including my trade-in value. I signed right away because it just felt right - all the numbers were good. It did take a while to get in with Mr. Yi, the Finance Manager, because of problems with their system that day but he was very friendly and explained additional extended warranty options without making me feel overly pressured. After signing the final papers with Mr. Yi it took a while longer for them to finish detailing my new vehicle.
So there you have it. Probably less than 4 hours at the dealership total to purchase a new vehicle and trade one in. I don't think it can get much easier than that. And I'm loving my new Kia Sorento SX! Very refined ride quality. A few nitpicky things but, overall, Kia has done a great job.
I would definitely give Rick Case Kia a shot at earning your business if you have the opportunity.
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.

This car is perfect and roomie for my son and I and can fit all his sports gear in the back. Its comfortable, affordable and reliable. Great gas mileage.
I bought my Kia in 2015 and have loved it. I decided I wanted to upgrade to an SUV. They tried so hard to make it work. I was just too upside down on my car I own now but they are great. From the receptionist to the sales people they are all willing to do what it takes to make you a great deal and make you feel important. I will never by anywhere else.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Everything in this car is so well made. It still looks new. I use it to run around all over the place and I have always felt safe in it. It has great get up and go, if I need to move quickly out of the way. The safety features let me know when a vehicle is in my blind spot. or if I am veering out of my lane. I can fit TONS of stuff in it when I need to travel, there is plenty of head and leg room. there is room in the back for drinks and there is even a/c back there. It is a great car. I could go on about the features but you just need to get in and drive it to believe it. I never thought I would look at a KIA but it was better than any of the other cars in its class. won by a landslide and I still love it.
Great experience. Quick and painless and car came quicker than expected. I’m very please with my experience and will use them again. Thank you Vroom

I love my Kia Sportage! The outside look is like most small SUVs, but once you get a glimpse of the inside, it’s a whole new level of beautiful. I’ve had my car for 2 years now and not once have I had any issues. Prior to this car, I had a Kia Forte for almost 6 years and not once did I have an issue with that car either. LOVE KIA.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car spoke to me the minute i saw it.
I’m newly retired and it meets my needs. I love the ability to transport large items by follding downn the seats.. I’m also easily able to transport grandchildren and all of their gear.
Gas mileage is great.
This car will see lots of vacation travel.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This is AWD, needed in northern Arizona winters. Basic 4-cylinder model with Convenience Package includes power driver seat, heated front seats, and donut spare tire. Vehicle has key start and none of the unwanted electronic features now packed into newer models. This Sportage is easy to drive and has decent utility for the size; didn't want superfluous stuff and what's in the package is just right.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Needed a larger, safer car and this one was styled nicely so it caught my eye. It's larger, safer, more comfortable and easy to drive.
I had a great experience at this dealership! We called to make sure they had the car i wanted, made the trip there, filled out paper work and i was in my car pulling out if the dealership the same day! Everyone was very professional and committed to getting me in the car I specifically wanted. I'm so happy with my C300 Mercedes!! It's beautiful. Martin was very professional and made sure I was happy!
Gave permission to install cabin & engine filters. They instslled a cabin deodorizer that smells that I HATE and had the nerve to charge me $14.00 for it. Was NEVER asked if I wanted!! Says they cant remove & lasts wk or 2. Thats just great. Headache for 2 wks at least!!!! Need to ALWAYS ask b4 installing that!! NEVER done that before!! YUK!!!!
I can't say enough about Lavar. He actually sold me my Sorrento. He was an excellent salesman, and now in Service, he continues to exceed my expectations! He brought snacks in to us in the waiting area, apprised me of how my service was going, and finished my job before the expected time. He is always upbeat and personable. Lavar is a rock star!

Lots of amenities. Nice styling and comfort. Plenty of legroom, and I’m fairly tall. Smooth ride.Lots of storage space in the back. Love the USB ports.
Repair shop is excellent and goes above and beyond to be helpful. You cannot go wrong getting your car serviced here. Carriage Kia really takes care of its customers!

I enjoyed the size of the car and it towed an open trailer with a motorcycle at 80-85 straight as an arrow from the PA/Ohio border to St Louis, Missouri without a hiccup. It was a base model but had everything I could have wanted
