Purchase my used vehicle 2 weeks ago today. I am impressed with the service I recieved. I went in and test drove it with Jackson the salesman. He was very friendly and professional. I liked the vehicle a 2018 traverse. Told him I had to go home and make a decision. Since I like 30 miles. He told me I could start the process online if I decided to go forward. Which I did. Went in to sign the papers I was on the road in a hour. It's was fast and easy and great customer service. And I'm loving my new traverse.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Prime Rides AutohausReviews
Prime Rides Autohaus review
Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.
2017 Kia Forte review
It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.

VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

I want to thank Shelly in the service department for making the big repair of my Kia (older) a good experience. She kept in constant contact with me while it was being service. She made me feel confident that the job would be done properly, and it was! Whoever the mechanic was, thank you so much. I can't believe how much better my vehicle is. If I can get this excellent service every time. I will stick with buying another Kia! Thanks again Shelly and the mechanic!!! Maureen G

2017 Kia Forte review
I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

My experience with Gerald Griffin with purchasing a vehicle was simply outstanding! He assisted me throughout the entire process. He searched the inventory to find the right vehicle for me. I am very satisfied! The Honda CRV has served me well. I highly recommend, anyone needing a new or used vehicle go to Honda in Oak Lawn and ask to see Gerald. He truly wants to and will provide quality service as a professional sales person!
2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

We had a great experience. My wife and I went in to check a tahoe that we have look up at car guru. When I walked in into the dealership, Dave Wishart welcomed me and ask me how can he helped me. I told him I came to see a tahoe I had seen at a website and Dave immediately was able to help me and pull the tahoe around so that my wife and I could see it and test drive it. We approved of the tahoe and Dave got to work and made it possible for us to be able to drive home with a new vehicle. Thanks Dave.

McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

I worked with George Calvillo. It was a late night deal. He handled everything smoothly. Helped set up phone and radio stations. Handled Anxious call the next morning when I realized the car does not have front camera! If you’re looking at a car at this dealership, I highly recommend you work with George!!

Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park review
The entire process was exceptional. I worked with Djamal Oucif and he made my car buying process seamless. I knew what I wanted and Djamal listened and executed without being pushy or gimmicky. The finance folks were also a pleasure to work with.
2025 Kia Soul review
The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.

International Autos Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, Volvo Cars review
David S, our Product Specialist, was pleasant and made you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable. He found the vehicle we were seeking without delay. The test drive let us experience the new Outback design. David answered all questions without reaching out to others proving his training to sell Subaru products was thorough and enabled Dave to give us confidence in him making the overall purchase a pleasure, not a challenge. David is an asset to this dealership and we hope management recognizes his potential going forward. We would definitely buy another vehicle from David. We are seniors and identify with honesty and integrity….. David has both. Thanks David Jeff N, the Sales Manager, appraised our trade- in and was forthright about our trade. We received a honest trade-in value. Jeff worked out the final cost of our new Subaru Outback Touring XT. We were impressed with Jeff’s attitude and ability to make things happen. He located our vehicle at another dealer. David and Jeff made it possible to see it the next day! Dave came in on his day off to ensure he was there when we looked at the car. I’m sure Jeff will play a big part in helping David develop his Product Specialist position. Jeff leads by example. Thanks Jeff Car buying has never been so pleasant!!
2020 Kia Soul review
I've now had my 2020 Soul for almost 3 years. Keep in mind I have the manual 6 speed not an automatic and was the base model. First gear is VERY low compared to any other 4 cylinder engine manual I've had so it can be a little jerky until you figure it out. I've gotten as much as 45mpg on the highway by not driving 70 mph. It can hold its own on the highway amd not burn gas like other models. Although not listed in the US it does have the capability to pull small trailers if you purchase an aftermarket hitch and wiring kit. The trunk space although appears small from the outside is actually quite deep. I do craft shows and people can't believe how much I am able to keep on there when I fold the seats down especially. At 6'4" with the seat lift as high as it will go I still have about 5 inches above my head. That was one of the key benefits that sold me. Even with my seat back people behind me still have room vs the compact cars in the same price point. I'm concerned with the recall notices I have received however, knock on wood they have not included my car yet or unaware if my Vin is included so to keep an eye out for issues. I live Android Auto however, you can not use a cheap USB cable from 5 below. I had to purchase one from best buy. It didn't need to be top of the line, the generic brand worked but they're just built better apparently. The tires that come with the vehicle are cheap. They will get you to 30k miles however, mine were cracked between each tread after maybe a year. It looked like a dryrot crack yet my vehicle doesn't sit around. This model can take traditional oil, blend or full synthetic which is nice. Overall I do love my little car especially as gas prices have increased. It allows me to do everything I want without the extra expense of purchasing a small SUV nor the gas of a small SUV and I'd consider purchasing another one down the line.

I want to thank Salesman Kevin at Webb Chevy in Oaklawn and Finance Manager Sam and Johnny for helping me with the process of purchasing my 2027 Chevy Equinox. Kevin went above an beyond with this process. He was patience with the concerns I had and I'm very Thankful and Grateful. Sam was very new to the team and made sure he took care of this car buying process and Finance Johnny as well. Also Sales Manager Marcus and Salesman Jalen accommodated me with some concerns. Thank You Webb Chevy in Oaklawn. Continue to make the Customer A Priority! Yolanda Ferguson

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
