Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. 2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2023 Kia EV6 review
Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

2022 Kia Forte review
I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

2025 Kia Niro EV review
This car replaced a 2010 Hyundai that was beginning to give me trouble. I decided to lease it - my first 100% EV - and installed a charger in my garage. So far I am totally delighted with the car - its finish, its drivability, and its performance. It is nimble and when I step hard on the accelerator (what we used to call the "gas pedal") it leaps forward like a startled bunny. To be sure there are lots of differences from the traditional gas-powered cars I have driven all of my life. It is really quiet, which sometimes is a little deceiving because it is actually working. The quiet and the different feedback signals that provides to the driver will take some time to get used to. Also, there are so many options -- many of them hidden several clicks from the top of the home screen -- that are still a mystery to me. (As usual, the owner's manual is almost impossible to use -- I have relied on asking ChatGPT for guidance). "What is that button for?" "How do I make it so the radio doesn't turn on every time I get in the car?" "Where is cruise control?" "How do I turn off the seat heaters?" -- the list is endless and I'm counting on slowly learning how all of it works. Overall, after a month of driving the car I couldn't be happier. It will be an "in town" vehicle -- the range isn't suitable for much inter-city driving -- but I love how smooth and competent the car feels. The finishes inside and out are great; seats comfortable and insanely easy to adjust; sight lines fine. It's a great introduction to the work of EVs.

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
Ive have had my 2023 KIA sorento hybrid for about a month. The car get very good gas mileage on a recent 509 mile trip to vermont I got 34mpg the car is very comfortable and fun to drive. the only complaint I have is the car’s computer is very complicated to program I have read the manual which is also complicated Just now i’m beginning to understand how to call up various options these new systems can do so much I guess it is very difficult to make them easy to use

2023 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid review
I have close to 3,000 miles after 2 months on the X-Line Prestige trim. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, so I wanted a vehicle that would allow me to get through some less-than-ideal roads to trailheads on the weekends, with a combination of ground clearance and AWD when needed, as well as use minimal gas (if any) on my daily commutes to the office. The vehicle handles similar to the Crosstrek, in that it is comfortable to ride in, but it does have a little more "sway" and "bounce" in the suspension when going around curves. The engine has similar pickup, even with the electric engine assist. In EV mode, it definitely does not have the aggressive acceleration that the Chevrolet Bolt has. It is fast enough to not be a merging danger on highways, but definitely feels soft. If you are in hybrid mode with the engine running, you can feel a more immediate response when pushing on the accelerator. The technology is well ahead of anything I have been involved with. The Crosstrek had eyesight safety technology, but the Sportage has much more, including very helpful blind-spot cameras. The adaptive cruise control is as good as the Crosstrek, although there is an annoying delay between when you lift your foot off the accelerator and when the vehicle takes over the acceleration. The speed drops several MPH and then picks back up, causing a rubber-band bounce feel. Unlike the Crosstrek though, the spacing between vehicles is consistent and excellent. There is so much technology that it can be initially overwhelming, so it is best to learn it as you drive over the course of a week or three. The odd choice that Kia made as to where to put the data port for your mobile is a bit annoying. There is one data port and the rest of charge-only ports, two of which are USB-C ports built into the side of the front seats, which are convenient for both front and back seat passengers. Since I use Android Auto always when driving, you have to get a very short cable to plug in to your mobile device, or it won't sit flat in the compartment. A better setup would have been built-in wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, which would allow you want lay your phone unimpeded on the charging pad that is built right under the data port. The EV-only mode has been consistently getting me around 34 miles, just enough to get me to my office parking garage where I can recharge it fully during the day. If I only use it for commuting I could basically never use the gasoline up in the tank. When you are in hybrid mode on a fast highway, don't expect to get much more than 34-36 MPG, because the vehicle is heavy riding on 19" tires. If you keep it at 60 or below, you will see the MPG shoot much higher up into the 50s. I keep it in Eco mode all the time. I did pay the extra $500 for the matte paint which makes the vehicle look great and unique, but you do have to take special precautions with it when washing the car, otherwise you it will show every nick and scrape.

First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. 2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

The most important aspect of Herb Chambers Honda/Seekonk is that they are HONEST. They never lie to me nor do they push their own agenda. They allow me to make my own choices, which I love. Also, their service team is top notch. Again, they do not push anything on me. I make my own decisions about when and how much I want to do at any time, but I know to listen when they suggest that a repair is necessary. I have now bought 4 cars with them over the years, and, when I decide to buy another, they are my first choice. PS: Tim Islip in Service always give me sound advice. I love working with him!
2022 Kia K5 review
Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.
2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
Nice car, nice ride. Little sluggish on take-off. Controls are a little hard to get used to. Could do a better job on the illustrations in the manuals that come with the car.

We had gone to two dealerships before landing at Ira. One had a 45 min wait and the other we waited 20min, took a boring test drive and left feeling ?eh.? I knew I wanted to test drive a Mazda so we walked in and Abdul immediately got us going. Within 15min we had looked at a few cars and were test driving one. He was working with another customer but somehow got us as we came back and set us up with the second test drive. Both cars were AMAZING and drove great and felt great. We ended up buying a new CX-50 and I love it. The only part of the process that took a long time was financing and warranties, of course! But they stayed late on a Sunday to get it done and we had our car the next day! I?m shocked at how fast they moved and they were busy with people everywhere test driving and purchasing. Another sales associate even stepped in to help keep things moving when Abdul was working with the other customers. I do think that if we had waited too long or got tired from the long day, we would have gone home. They really didn?t make us wait at all. Seems like well oiled machine!
2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2018 Kia Sedona review
I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.
