There is lot of Aloha spirit and team work here. We certainly loved that. The sales team listened to what we were looking for in our car & our budget. The recommendations of each suggested cars were on point. As we talked even more of our needs & the type of the car taught we were looking for our Salesman suggested a car that was exactly what we were looking for. #1 priority was gas efficiency since I would be driving from one side of the island to the other side on a daily basis. The Hyundai Ioniq was the perfect fit for a small family of 4. Again Mahalo to everyone that helped us.
I had an awesome experience with Maria and Gunner at Tony Honda! I had gone to other dealerships, and had a not so good experience at one of them. When I went to Tony Honda I was greeted right away, the process was smooth, and I really felt like Maria cared that I got the right car. She explained everything, was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Valerie explained all of the additional items I could get for the car, answered questions I had and wasn???t pushy at all. She let me choose what I wanted and was extremely friendly. Gunner, who helped me with the financing end of things, was so friendly and patient. From beginning to end, I felt very comfortable with everything and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

My 2000 Hyundai finally died on New Year’s Eve and I was desperate for a new car. Went to Aloha Kia Leeward to check out their sales. Linda Payanal hooked us up with salesman Norlan Horita and he showed us around the lot and explained the various available models. I was disappointed that there weren’t any 2017 Kia Soul available but found a 2018 Soul that suits my needs. I was a little shocked at the prices but not having bought a new car ever I realized this is how it is. There was no pressure selling tactics and I was thoroughly satisfied. Linda Payanal was very helpful with explaining the Financial options and was willing to help me find the cheapest interest rate available. I don’t mean to be cliche but I love my new Kia Soul!

Great service, smiley faces, many new upgrades to the facility every time I return. It's those businesses that make these efforts to listen to their customers and align themselves to succeed. Thank you Aloha Kia for being #1 in the industry. You guys rock!
The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.
We were in the market for a small SUV or Crossover type vehicle primarily for my wife to use as a daily driver. We did some research, went for a couple of test drives, and narrowed our selections down to a few popular, well-known models. In the end we purchased a Kia Sportage from Aloha Kia in Lihue, Kauai.

Martin let me take out each engine option for a good spin. And one twice. Very knowledgeable on the cars. Negotiations took a long time, but I got a good deal. I wasn't planning to buy a car that day, but we worked it out.
