Keffer Kia review
I had an overall GREAT experience at Keffer Kia! Thanks to Justin Imes, Tareek & Dwayne Johnson for everything! Dwayne worked wonders & did everything possible to get me financed & I appreciate him for that! Tareek helped me to choose a vehicle that I was pleased with. Justin (sales rep) stuck with me through out the whole process. The finance manager (Michael Johnson) wasn’t very nice though! He seemed agitated & irritated that I received the approval. Not sure if it was because I was African American or what?? Other than that, I still left the dealership in my new 2024 Kia K5 very ECSTATIC!

I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I was recommended to try Keffer by my family. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, we were immediately greeted by Rudy, our car salesman. He worked diligently to find the car I’ve always dreamed of. Thanks to Rudy, his manager Min, and the team, I was approved for my 2025 Kia K5!! I love my car and I will always do business with Keffer Kia.

We bought a new K4 for our daughter from here a few days ago. The process was pretty straight forward and no hidden fees like some of the other places we checked out. Was nice to go to a place that didn't try to bash us over the head with stuff we didn't need.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

I had such a great experience at Keffer Mazda Huntersville. Daniel Dewalt was the salesman I worked with, and I highly recommend asking for him. He is very knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman and professional. I am in love with my 2020 Mazda CX-9 Signature SUV. This is an incredible car! I went from a Lexus to a Mazda and can't believe how luxurious this car is. Please visit Keffer Mazda and ask for Daniel. He will take care of you!

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Planet Kia Charlotte review
I just purchased my brand new 2025 Kia Sorento from Planet Kia of Charlotte, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, Melanie made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Melanie truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect Sorento that fit exactly what I was looking for. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood all the features, and ensured I left completely confident in my new vehicle. I also want to give a big thank you to the managers Antoine and Jaedon. They were both incredible to work with and helped make the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Planet Kia of Charlotte and asking for Melanie. With the help of Antoine and Jaedon, she’ll make sure you drive away happy. I absolutely love my new 2025 Kia Sorento and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Planet Kia CharlotteReviews
Planet Kia Charlotte review
I recently purchased a new 2026 Kia Sportage from Planet Kia Charlotte, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Melanie, my saleswoman, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and honesty, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly personality made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the purchase. Antoine, the sales manager, was also wonderful to work with. He made sure everything stayed on track and was upfront and transparent about the details. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great customer experience. When it came time to finalize the deal, Jae’don, the finance manager, made the paperwork process quick and easy. He clearly explained all the financing options and helped me find a plan that worked perfectly for my budget. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new 2026 Kia Sportage and the top-notch service I received from the entire team. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend visiting Planet Kia Charlotte and asking for Melanie!

CarMax AugustaReviews
CarMax Augusta review
I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.
