2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

The whole sales process went rather well. These event for me are always approached with a lot of anxiety. Getting a good price for the purchase and the trade is hard work. In advance I contacted the dealership and explained what I was looking for. He responded in short fashion with a few options to consider. I choose the one that fit my needs. I went off and got a few estimates on my trade in value. We met the following day and in 20 minutes I had what I wanted. They made some money I got a good number for my trade. All that was left was a good rate from a lender. The finance person in similar fashion got a great rate. She had to try a few lenders but in the end the numbers were good. I got the sense that they were not adversaries but we were working towards a common goal. This is my second purchase from this dealership. That’s something I rarely do. I had started with another dealership and the person wouldn’t commit to any price info unless I came on site. For me that’s wasteful. Ashland sheehy didn’t make come onsite until we had agreed in principle on the selling price. Second time here and another good experience. Ask for “Mikey”. Very helpful.
2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

2022 Kia Sorento review
Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

2023 Kia Telluride review
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. 2024 Kia EV6 review
I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. I have a YouTube channel where I post occasional videos, showing what it’s like to own an electric car in your silver-haired years. If you have questions, drop by and ask away.

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

2020 Kia Rio review
I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.
