This is our second Kia. The last one was 11 years old. The Niro is our first Hybrid. I bought it for all the new safety features and the fuel efficiency. I've had the car for 6 months and was getting around 52mpg. Great! I haven't changed my driving style or driving habits but now I'm only getting approximately 27mpg. What the heck? I have just 3400 miles on the car and I am the only driver. Time for the first oil change and some answers to my fuel economy questions.

Cheap maintenance cost.

Good cornering stability for a SUV.
Ian was the best sales person I've ever worked with. He's knowledge of automobiles and his explanations of everything from engines to batteries to the car's interior is fabulous. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Words can't describe how great my experience was in working with him. Comfortable. Easy to drive. I like how high I sit. Good on gas. I really like it. I would definitely recommend it. The view is great.
I walked into the dealership just to pickup my dad from the service department and saw the Kia Niro on the lot. Of course I wanted to take it for a test drive... one thing led to another and this extremely affordable DREAM CAR was mine! The staff was fantastic at finding a finance plan that was right for me. I'd recommend anyone to take a look at Metro Kia of Madison. Defiantly worth the trip.

This Kia even for the base model FE was really bad because the seats were very uncomforble and hard and not even a power driver seat. There is not any power AT ALL and the touch screen was not reponding well and not other USB to charge your phone only one to play music and Apple car play was even in the base model FE
I hadn't purchased a new car in almost 30 years.
The Metro Kia sales team was very easy to work with.
From being greeted, the test drive, selection of the car and the financial arrangements - made the experience as easy as possible. Took care of buying the car over a few hours on a Saturday afternoon - thanks Metro Kia!

Purchased 1 step up from base. Still well equipped. Start/stop is near seamless. Great mileage so far. 40 heavy highway. Got 53 on a mountain trip.
Great service experience. Aubrey was very nice and helpful. I'd recommend their service department to anyone.

With 3 kids we really have no choice but a minivan. The sedona seems to be the best on the market for the price. It seems from checking reviews and ratings, the other vans in this price just have too many service issues, whereas the sedona is very cheap to maintain.
A great experience made us feel good went over everything asked us what we wanted and did not try to sell us anything more was just a great feeling

Bought it from WPB Schumacher. Bad customer svce. Alignment issues til now, 6 mos later. Problem in steering column which is repairable for like $260, but Delray Kia refuses to fix!! Excuse is that warranty ran out!!!! Shows you how much Kia stands behind their products. The problem is a back and forth clicking in the steering and apparently common, but Kia could not care less!!!!! They even, at first had the gaul to try to charge me a $65 diagnostic fee. Will never buy ANY Kia again. Problem is that now I am stuck with pymts for the next 5 yrs....
I used to sell cars for a living for a different dealership group. I knew exactly which model and trim I wanted (2017 Niro EX). I emailed back and forth with Ian for a week or two figuring out a price we both were comfortable with and finding a color that I like. We went in on Memorial Day and were in and out under 2 hours. They ended up offering me more for my trade then I was expecting to get, again I have experience in the industry and I know they over paid for my trade. The F&I process was very easy, didnt hard sell anything. I told him I wanted Gap and to see a price for a basic extended warranty and he gave me a great price up front. My only small complaint, again just because of my background is the only reason i noticed. Whoever prepped my car for delivery missed peeling off some plastic on the inside. Otherwise, highly recommend, great experience. Loving my new KIA

This car meets all of my needs and has plenty of room for the family and having a special needs individual the ease of entry and exit makes it very easy for him.
I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. Picks up goes feel like Im on a cloud.Really enjoy driving it.Gets warm fast.Love the inside looks really modern.All Leather.Easy to clean.Love the lights inside lots of lights.Lots of room in the back.
This was my first time buying a car, so naturally, I had many questions. Michael and the whole staff was pleasant and patient with me, and made me feel totally comfortable with such a big decision. They even had the car that I wanted transferred to Madison from the Milwaukee location so that I didn???t have to make the trip myself. I would absolutely go back for a future purchase!

As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.
Trevor was honest and friendly the whole buying process. However when it came to trying to sell me the extended warranty and other options he was very very high pressure. It made me uncomfortable at times with this high pressure sale technique. He wouldn't take 15 no's for an answer. These products must be highly profitable for the salesperson and owner. Buyer be aware of that.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.

In general the car isn't too bad. I bought CPO and thought that meant something like it used to. It proved me wrong a few times over. Purchased a bit over a year ago, the first week, taken back for AC repair and power seat. Recently for belt tensioner that made a ton of noise.
Needs tires already as the new ones that were put on before purchase started to warp and cup about a month into the car.
Both Kyle and Jessie were great in my buying experience. You made it easy and simple. I will definitely send people yoyr wsy. Thank you again.

This car has body damage however the interior is in mint condition, still smells new. Unused floor mats. Always kept floor liners so original carpet is also in excellent condition. I was told by body shop that he could get two doors for about $800.
