What helped also was their price was the lower than from other competitors. Curtis made the process flawless. Along with the help of Ms.Audrey Allen in the Finance Dept. Usually a difficult time at any dealership. She was just a professional and pleasant. Then we had the pleasure to meet Ms. Katie, their BMW Genius. Yes she was. Katie went over the various facets of the car. We were told that we can contact her in the future with any questions.
