2020 Land Rover Defender review
Waited 13 months for my X. She is stunning. Drives like a dream. Technology is amazing, seats are super comfortable. Like a Range Rover Sport on Steroids. Lots of power, great turning radius, lots of head room and can tow! The best truck I have ever owned and I have an original 1994 in my garage as well.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover Woodland Hills. I was shopping under somewhat rushed circumstances after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Howard made the entire process easy and stress-free. From the beginning, I never felt pressured. Howard was patient, transparent, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He provided inspection records, discussed the vehicle openly, and was willing to address concerns I had, including having the parking sensor inspected after I noticed an issue. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Lexus RX450h, and I'm extremely happy with my decision. What stood out most was that Howard treated me with respect and gave me the space to make the right decision for myself rather than trying to push a sale. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you're doing it unexpectedly, but Howard and the team at Woodland Hills made it a positive experience. Overral a pretty good dealership experience. I had a peculiar situation where I was buying a car in CA to take to CO, full time garaged and operated in CO so they walked me through all the nuanced options I had in terms of registration, transportation, etc. Very nice ambiance in the dealership, well kept. Saleswoman was very nice and approachable, great communication. I also got a great deal, in fact this is the best dealership experience I've had in LA and I've had some horrid experience's at VW and Porsche. There is definitely more of a grounded nature to Woodland Hills (avoid Beverly Hills dealerships at all cost).
2023 Land Rover Defender review
Best suv i have ever owned hands down ! The power and comfort are amazing.....Zero issues ! I've owned several high end vehicles and this one blows them away in all ways.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I recently purchased a GranTurismo S from sales associate Kari Lloyd. The process could not have been better. By email I arranged a time with Kari to see the car, and she asked me if I would like a cappuccino when I arrived. I told her my preference, and a cappuccino mocha was waiting for me. She also made scones the night before for me to enjoy while we spoke about the car. I had my eye on a 2011 that was a beautiful Bordeaux exterior with a light beige and black interior. We took a test drive and she showed me some of the features and spoke of others. There was never any pressure sales tactics and the sales manager was very understanding when I said I wanted to explore my financing options over the next few days. Kari kept in touch during that time by email, as I had explained to her that I work at night and sleep during the day. When I had my financing in place I let Kari know and we setup a time to meet on my next day off. Again, she had the scones and another cappuccino mocha waiting for me. I made my offer and within no more than 10 minutes I had a deal. No back and forth between the sales associate and the manager. I was completely done with the deal and had my keys in an hour and a half. Kari took time to explain functions of the car and helped pair the bluetooth from my phone to the media system. They had detailed it, filled it with petrol, made sure the second key was programmed properly and then I was off on my new adventure of owning an Italian exotic car. Just before I left, Kari noticed that something still needed attention in the car and we drove to the service bay where they cleaned a small area of the interior. Kari then let me know that the dealership was holding a car wash for their clients on the weekend following. Even though the event was booked up on their website, she got me on the list and I was treated with the same respect by other members of the team that I met. I highly recommend Kari Lloyd's professionalism and her willingness to provide extras to make one feel welcome and respected. The entire team made me feel like I was their most important customer. These days, I find customer service like that a rare thing indeed.

2025 Land Rover Defender review
I purchase my 2025 Land Rover Defender 110 in December of 2025 and absolutely love the vehicle. It is a solid vehicle and has a high quality build. I have yet to find a flaw in the craftsmanship. I believe these are all built in a new highly automated factory and it definitely shows. I absolutely love the Air Purification feature which I believe included an Air Quality Sensor ($100 option) and Cabin Air Purification Plus ($375 option). Well worth this additional spend as we have experienced Canadian wildfire smoke in Illinois. These features clean the interior air. And this is in addition to the filter cartridge that the Defender has as do many newer vehicles. Took the Defender on a road trip to Atlanta Georgia and to the North Carolina coast in May. The Defender was absolutely wonderful to drive on this road trip which had many detours off of interstate roads. I have the inline-4 and had no issues merging into city traffic, ascending the Smokey Mountains or navigating through curves on secondary highways. Extremely competent and well-mannered. I traded my 2019 Mustang GT and even though the Defender is NOT a sports car it is an excellent SUV for handling, Not to be negative on other 'popular' American SUVs, but there is no comparison. The Defender is 'ALL THAT'. For those people that want a 'cushy, plush' ride, the Defender might not work for you, It is a more stiff ride, but I appreciate the excellent road feel. The only negative comment I will make on the Defender is the headlight high-beam indicator. Normal beams show a green outlined icon; high beam changes to blue. Being slightly green/blue color blind makes this dash display a bit of an issue. Otherwise, the Defenders controls and displays were easy to learn and use.

2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.
