The buying part was fine and the car is fine. What bugged me was getting three separate calls about an extended warranty after I'd already said no twice at the desk. I get that it's the business but come on. Aside from that I have nothing bad to say, the Escape has been great and the price was right. Just say no firmly and move on.

Was car shopping early one morning with my son looking for his dream car. Found our way to their dealership and “Adela” welcomed us in and “Jimmy” immediately got the keys and showed us the car. After a test drive and some paperwork my son was driving his new car home. Jimmy was phenomenal through out the entire process. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
I flew in from Charlotte for this one, which tells you how specific I was being. Was hunting a manual transmission GTI in a color that isnt white or silver, and after four months of searching there were maybe six in the country that fit. One of them was sitting at unique auto mall. Called ahead, asked them to send me a walkaround video and photos of the underbody specifically, because a NJ car and rust are a real conversation. They did it the same day, no pushback, and they were upfront that there was some surface stuff on the subframe but nothing structural. That honesty is the only reason I bought a plane ticket. Got there, car was exactly what the video showed. Drove it, shook hands, did the paperwork, and drove it 600 miles home the next day. Made it without a single hiccup. Had my guy here look it over that week and he said whoever prepped it did a real job, not a spray and pray. Only thing I'd change, the title paperwork for an out of state buyer took about three weeks to land in my mailbox and I got a little nervous around week two. It showed up. Everything was fine. Just be patient with that part if you're buying from far away.

The service was great. Todd Myer in Paramus helped me decide on what car every step of the way. I had my car in one day.

If I asked for a remote purchase and were surprised by the friendly and quick service, the salesman Fitzroy Stewart really did a good job of what I wanted. Next year I will change my family car here.

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
