Best ever experience yet! My husband and I happened upon OC Autosource on our way out to dinner for my husbands 57th birthday...all the beautiful luxury cars caught his attention. We decided to stop and look around, we were casually greeted by one of the guys, because thats what the atmosphere feels like, like your one of the guys. Tony came and introduced himself, very down to earth and easy going, non pressuring, yet very attentive as he took his time to show us a couple of cars (Bently in comparison to the Ghost). We eventually saw a car we had been wanting for years (2012 CL63 AMG), at the right price with very low milage (awesome deal). I told him I need a little time to make my decision and with no pressure at all he said no problem. Tony held the car for me, which gave me time to do my research.
Whatever we needed Tony took care of it. I was and am still please with my whole process.

Initial sales contact was within a half a day. Treated with respect and honesty. very cool the way they emailed a slideshow of the dealership and car I was interested in.
Follow up was just enough without being overwhelming.
Unfortunately they sold the car I was interested in. I will continue to keep my eye on this dealer for a car. Again, treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the experience.
We were extremely impressed with their showroom, delivery, no haggle pricing so we did not end up spending a day waiting for the sale manager to work you into all the stuff you do not need. I came to pick up the car next Monday they have the car all detailed up for us. I will return for my next purchase.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
When i first showed up, Kifah Khodr was very polite and professional. I was looking to purchase their 2015 Lexus RCF. We worked out a deal where both parties agreed and i noticed the Navigation wasn't working, later to find out that the SD CARD was missing, Kifah promised to get me a replacement in 3 days. 2 weeks later i still haven't received the sd card. After a couple calls, i was told multiple times that he sent it out, it never came. He promised a tracking number and never got that either. I do understand that the SD Card inst a big issue, but the principle is not there. if i was promised something i expect the other party too fall through and honor it. No matter how small or great the value is. Very disappointed and trouble that after i purchased their attitude changed.

Positive experience of the dealership, the facility, and Rockey’s approach to customer service. The car wasn’t a perfect match as i decided I want a convertible, but planning to buy THAT from him in the next year or so.
About 18 months ago I purchased a 2016 Z-51 with just over 8,000 miles. I was ecstatic because the car had never been registered, making me the original owner. The first time I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership for an oil change however, all sorts of red flags popped up, indicating that not much of the usually-outstanding GM warranty applies to my car. It had been used at a high performance vehicle instruction driving school so most of the warranty had been wiped out. This doesn't really matter....except if you ever want to sell the vehicle. All Vette buyers these days check CAR FAX and warranties against the VIN and its been my experience that none will TOUCH these training track vehicles. I now have 15,000 miles on her and all has performed FANTASTICALLY!!!
First I got internet salesman, then when I arrived at the dealership I was referred to another salesman. I was told the car was not at dealership.....then after I bought the car and finished with the finance office, I never saw
the salesman again to congratulate me nor to instruct on new vehicle!!!
