Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. Luxirious car. Nice sleek exterior with leather interiors. It has been bedazzeled with all the crazy lights inside. Gps works great and cant attach it to data
This car is smooth, fast, and sturdy. It rides great on the highway and easily manages our rock road and different types of terrain. It has muscle power and speed. It's the only one like it, with its tire track design, that I've seen since I bought it. I wanted something special and unique. I believe that I found it.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

The Evoque has a great attention grabbing stance and sticks to the road like glue in all conditions. Complete comfort even at -24C. Individual climate controls x4. Gets me 28.5mpg in a 25m commute to Chicago. Which is just great for an suv.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

after having a 20k transmission repair, 3 weeks later the engine blew up,
the vehicle was at the dealership for that repairs, never buy a non american car
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The Range Rover evoque is the most comfortable car I have owned this far. The steering is amazing and it is a smooth ride. It drives just as amazing as it looks. I am definitely a Range Rover customer for life.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Its gorgeous. That is what sucks you in. Fuji white with a black roof and glass top.....i couldnt resist. The test drive seemed Ok on a tester with 20 inch wheels. My SE has Pirelli 18's and they seem to ride harder than the 20's did. Its a bad ride on roads other than perfect. The turbo lag is horrible and even worse when its hot. The transmission cant stay in a gear it likes and makes the car jumpy at low speeds and in traffic. On the highway at 70MPH its fine and rather enjoyable. Its pretty quiet and rear visibility is actually pretty good. The side view mirrors are huge so its not bad. Beware of the heated windshield squiggly lines at night. Its not the most pleasant thing to see out of. And of course as other reviewers have said, the gas mileage is horrible. Forget what the trip computer says. It gets about 20MPG on the highway and about 16 in town. It drinks gas and the 4 cylinder motor is noisy at idle. The power is OK but not smooth off a light.....back to turbo lag and a poor transmission. The longer i have to be in this car the more unhappy i get. The seats are not as comfy as they look. And for some absolutely ridiculous reason the bluetooth only works with one dash speaker. Taking a call and listening to the person you are speaking with is torture as even with phone volume all the way up, you can barely hear the person on the other end. Its infuriating. This is a car to take on short rides. And it sucks to have people ask you how you like it and then you feel like a jerk complaining about a $52K car and how bad it is. It gets you from point A to point B but you just cant wait to get there and get out of this thing. But it sure is pretty and that was what got me. Why didnt the Volvo dealer have a color i liked in a V60? Fuji white and great styling sucked me in. Even if this thing were $20K cheaper i still would hate it......Wait, it is now $20K cheaper after 1 year. Shame on me, but hopefully not shame on you if you read all of this
I love my Evoque's unique styling inside and out. Unfortunately, this car has been towed numerous times due to faulty computer system at (25,000 miles) also for rattling noise, which has been in and out of shop 4 times, finally found problem in fuel line. The panel around the windshield has flown off on freeway. The sound system is not great and also when clicking through modes, it's very slow to respond. Buyer beware, don't buy a Land Rover as I just found out they have had major issues with the companies that work on their computer system. I am currently in process of doing a Buy Back from the dealer, very unhappy!
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!

vehicle looks great from the outside, looks even better from the inside, rides great. the technology is a bit confusing to use (I am in the technology business), the navigation, radio, vehicle settings take some getting used to. The one thing they must fix asap is the annoying stop/restart engine at lights. there is a vehicle button to disable it, but you must disable it every time you drive the car.... really bad decision.
aside from that - really love the vehicle...
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.

I ALSO LOVE PANORAMIC ROOF.
I scheduled my service on line to replace a rear passenger seat latch. I showed up at my schedule time - 7:30 am and was greeted promptly, taken directly to my service advisor - Michael DeLillo.
After being asked if I need a loaner, 5 minutes later I was in my loaner vehicle.
I was notified by Michael that afternoon that a part needed to ordered but that my vehicle would be ready the following day.
As promised, I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I arrived at 5:00, dropped off the loaner and 15 minutes later I was on the road with my repair completed. Fast, courteous, efficient service as usual.

Encore service won't come to house to set it up. I am a senior and all this tech. is too must for me to do after reading manual. It is complicated.
Even with corporate involved. Dealers are all independent. Mercedes did come to house and set-up car and I bought Mercedes used, this one is brand new!

We also had a positive with the girls at the "Loner Car Desk". We have not had much success dealing with the "Millennial" these last few years from not being able to understand them because they talk so fast or their "I don't care" attitudes. Love it! The style and design make this is a real head turner! Drives like a sports car but can take you anywhere you want to go.
As always the service I receive from the moment I drive onto the lot, up to the service entrance and drive off the property heading home I am impressed. Everyone is professional, courteous and I always feel like I am part of something important. A very important part. I get the sense that everyone knows there part in the organization and loves what they are doing. First time owning a Range Rover Evoque and I love it!!! Luxury all the way around and still get the that rugged feel. Beautiful car!

I love having a convertible, but I also like long road trips. Long trips mean I need space for luggage and I want to be comfortable. This car has plenty of room for bags with the windscreen in the back seat. The seats are comfortable and the ride is smoother than in some of my previous sports cars. The speedometer goes to 160, and it gets to 100 pretty quickly. You also can really put two adults in the back space for a short trip, might be too tight for a long trip but more comfortable than most 4 seat convertibles. So it is comfortable and practical to me, but I have to say I have never heard more positive comments about the looks of any car.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.

Very comfortable. Many options to customize and personalize to make your own. I absolutely love my evoque.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.

This is a head turner and the attention to detail in the interior makes for a comfortable ride. Good pick up and trunk can hold an average supermarket run.
Made an appointment at another dealership for a lube and oil, other dealership took 20 minutes before they even greeted me for my appointment, then gave me a ridiculous quote for an oil change. Said thanks for waiting my time and hauled over to Coulter Infiniti. I apologized for just dropping in and asked if it was possible to get an oil change done that day. Scott said sure and squeezed me in, said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time I was done talking with him my car was in the air, and was completed just shy of an hour, including the wash. I appreciate the service greatly and will return, with an appointment of course.

this is a superlative SUV and the ONLY convertible SUV ! it is much admired ! and we get many compliments ! it has many luxury features and is very comfortable and being 4WD and a range rover ? can go anywhere ! there is NOTHING else like it !
Never thought I would like anything more than my 2008 XC70 Volvo.
Ride is smooth, interior comfort is excellent.
Pickup is unbelievable, and handling is the best of any cross over I have ever driven.
Worth every penny. Hands down the best auto we have ever owned.
