Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!
I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me
Alex was very helpful in helping us find a car after my fiance was in a car accident. We tried to get into a new one and they couldn't so they got us into a used one and did as much as they could to make it happen. Highly reccomend Alex & his team!

Larry H Miller makes you feel like family. Eddie E was my salesman and because I was in the process of a bankruptcy, he had his work cut-out for him. He was able to get me into a beautiful Kia Optima and get me a payment that worked for me. There was no pressure and he didn't try to up-sale me. After my purchase, I did have some issues but Heston H stepped up to the plate and quickly resolved them. My cousin even bought a new car the same day! See, they really are like family. Thank you LHM for the wonderful experience.
All they guys banded together to get me a good deal with good payments for my daughters first car. They made the process fast and worked with me the whole time to get everything done quickly. Honestly the best car buying experience I had. First time leaving a dealership 100% happy with what I purchased. Should have came to them when I got my car. Big thanks to Maurice for all the running back and forth handling things with finance and cant forget the awesome hot dogs my daughter said she will be back for more.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. I was lucky to come across Jerry as my salesman. I just bought my second vehicle from him and it was a breeze. Jerry stays in touch to make sure I don't have any questions. The finance department was AMAZING as well. I appreciate Dennis Loper, for being patient. This dealership is hands down the BEST.
David has helped me with the purchase of two jeeps. A 2017 Deserthawk and a 2019 Cherrokee. Both times he was ready, willing and honest. Upfront honest.He is straight forward, talks to you like you are a person and no bs. I will continue to buy from him, regardless of the brand he sells. He truly is a stand up, down to earth guy. This is the type of person, I want on my payroll.
