You wont believe how easy it is
by MDagenhart from McKinney
August 23, 2018
I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. I have bought many (too many) vehicles in my day and Freeman was by far the best. Bill in finance was great also. No pressure to buy this, add on that, or anything. Just great folks selling great trucks. I HIGHLY recommend Freeman GMC in Grapevine!

I have owned this car for six months and in the shop 4 times. Not a reliable vehicle! Comfortable ride, nice interior. Controls are nice when working, screens are very glitchy.

Brought a used 2018 Velar S 5000 miles on it. there were a couple of issues I had with squeaks and rattles, got rid of them by raising and lowering the windows, not sure what was causing them though. also got rid of some by reclining the back seats all the way back that stop some as well. I did have the screen go dark a couple of times, but once I restarted it, they came back up. keep having an issue with the connectivity when using bluetooth and the Pandora app on my phone, usually if I connect it comes back up. there is an issue with a low vibration that I have coming from the door area, when I hit a bump at low speeds, not sure what's causing that, but will have it looked at later. so far the car has been ok, Just would like not to have the squeaks and rattles and vibrations. at this point I'm not sure, if i will be a repeat buyer, PS I also had issues with LEXUS and BMW

Worst car I ever owned! Buyer beware!
by Paul from Boston, MA
December 4, 2018
This is the worst example of a luxury vehicle I have ever experienced. I now fear for my life as all of the screens go black randomly as I am driving. You have to pull over and restart the car and wait for everything to start back up. Takes forever to be able to manually input destination as for some reason this car does not understand basic voice commands. Nothing about the Infotainment system is intuitive. More steps than any vehicle I have ever owned to just make a simple phone call. Absolutely ridiculous. Could not take delivery after signing for the car because the voice recognition system wasn't working. Bright lights flash on their own while cars are in front of me as well as oncoming. Climate controls, wipers and radio work intermittently. Buy another vehicle as this one, although looks great can give you high blood pressure because you are waiting for it to drive you into a wall.

DON’T BUY THIS VEHICLE !!!!!!
by Disappointed RR Owner from Harrow, Ontario
November 24, 2018
I bought the 2018 Range Rover Velar R Dynamic 6 months ago and it has been to the Dealership at least 5 times. - Electronics don’t work, software issues constantly. - Door Handle fell off, exterior mouldings loose, falling off. - The Dirt builds up in the Door Jams instantly resulting in us getting dirt on our clothes every time we get in and out. Range Rover Canada and our dealer have concluded it’s because we live on a gravel road !!! Absolutely the worst financial decision I’ve ever made. Look at Range Rover Canada’s website, funny how they don’t allow owners to leave reviews.

"Above And Beyond
by Rick Anderson from Colleyville, TX
November 14, 2018
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff. I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello. He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days. This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working. Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it. He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning. To make a long story short. They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars. Truly a Friendly, Fair and Professional Dealership!

Milton Cordero was the best
by Moose from Fayetteville NC
September 20, 2018
Milton Cordero assisted me in the purchase of a new Toyota Camry. He made the buying process simple and fun. I was shown the details inside and out of my car and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I received a great offer on my trade in and an extremely fair sale price on the Camry. He even kept in contact with me since the purchase to make sure i was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and experience. I will definitely return for my next purchase and refer my family to do the same.
Worst car I have ever owned.
by WC007 from Greenville,Sc
November 7, 2018
The car is over priced. Rides rough. No lumbar in seats until you spend $86,000. Air conditioner doesn’t work right. Screens go out a lot. Navigation works poorly and is not user friendly. Windows fog up. Cars aren’t distinguished well when you up grade. I have P380 and it’s slow. I have owned a lot of cars and SUV’s. This SUV needs to be destroyed. I also there is recall that can lead to a fire. This SUV is not even on the list of well made cars.

Excellent Customer Service!
by Farjad from DealerRater.com
December 4, 2018
I have been a customer of Park Place for a long time and have purchased various car brands from them. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Matt Woolsey, General Manager of Park Place Jaguar & Land Rover DFW. Matt is very accommodating and a true professional with fantastic interpersonal skills, he is a cut above others. I highly recommend Park Place!
Most Ill-conceived Vehicle
by Car-guy 23 from Southampton NY
November 4, 2018
Definitely not my cup of tea. Driving this car is more dangerous than texting while driving. Engineers refer to its overall design as "Feature Creep". Everything has 6 options, with the most common ones being poorly accessible through the confusing Two Screen driver assist system. My wife chose this car for some illusion of luxury that I do not understand. She too has grown unhappy with her choice. Owning (fortunately leased) this car is like a bad relationship that sours each time we get together. I like a car that I "drive", not "aim" in a general direction. The steering feedback is non existent (in any driving mode) and the brakes do not respond to pedal pressure in a linear fashion at low speed. Unnecessarily complicated controls. The computer system is set to do what it wants to do NOT what I want to do. I can dim my headlights to oncoming traffic and not have this dumb sensor flashing my high beams on and off. The side view mirrors are set to tilt down by default so the dealer had to walk me through changing that setting and was happy to disable the dimming feature as the "default" mode. I might add that it took them a few tries on the mirror adjustment. I do not live in city and regularly park alongside curbs. Besides, I have been driving for 55 years and never had an issue in that regard. *To have your rear tire touch the curb is a far better option than to hit another car in a parking situation. Give me a gear shift lever please! Turning a dial that remotely changes gears is not intuitive and just another gadget waiting to freeze up in extreme cold. Speaking of cold weather, I understand there are several items (defrosters, and hence wiper function and washer fluid nozels that do not work as intended and are scheduled for recall. VISIBILITY in this car is the worst I have ever encountered. Headrests block rear visibility as does over the angled rear window which is darkly tinted. Structural roof supports are unnecessarily wide, obscuring driver vision. The shape of the car is such that you have to guess where the body begins and ends on four corners. TWO screens and another obscure settings menu on the steering is madness. I expect that owners will start reporting accidents because they have to search through menus while under way, just to make simple adjustments that should be intuitive. Interior lighting gets an "F". You have to feel around to find various switches as they do not have any illumination to assist you in the dark. Egress is poor, even with the pre-set seat adjustments. I am 6 ft. and the egress into my Mini Cooper S is easier, having more distance from seat to headliner than the Velar does. Front seat bottoms are too hard and become uncomfortable after 30 minutes or so. Spacing between center console edges and seats is too narrow. You cannot get your hand between to retrieve an object that falls in between. If you enjoy the thought of being in a driver-less car without the AI we will soon see, then this is the car for you. I might add that I am not a technofobe and own a boat with a new GPS system that offers numerous navigation features, more complex than this "Driver Assist" system and I have easily learned that and use it without issue. About the only good thing is the limited amount of time & mileage I will have to endure with the car.
