Service rep was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. He arranged for a loaner vehicle when it became apparent that my car would not be ready on time. He then arranged for my car to be delivered to my home, and the loaner picked up there.

2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
The team at Jaguar White Plains made the buying experience easier than I thought was possible. Cesare was extremely honest and took the time to understand my needs to make the trade happen. I will 100% be going back to JLR White Plains when I'm back in the market.
2019 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

Audi HawthorneReviews
Audi Hawthorne review
A few weeks ago, I was hit by a stolen car. My car was totaled and I was injured. The ordeal was overwhelming! After looking at hundreds of cars, I was exhausted. I found several cars I could afford close by, but they didn't feel legitimate. I found a car online at Audi Hawthorne (the NY, not in NJ!) I e-mailed an inquiry, and Perry Snitkin in sales at Hawthorne answered. Perry was patient and understanding. We went back and forth with phone calls, e-mails, and texts, dozens of times, I even had a problem and couldn't show up as promised one morning. And he NEVER got aggravated. I realized he was a not a xx salesman, and I trusted him! All this for a car that was a trade in and he was NOT going to make a fortune on! Though there were similar cars much closer to me, I paid for an Uber, went, and bought the car sight unseen! I would give him and the dealership 10 stars if I could. The car was perfect and the warranty they give is exceptional. The dealership is also incredible to see, beautiful area. Sincerely, Michael Hirak

Beautiful style. Best looking SUV out there. Back seat leg room a bit snug for such a large vehicle. Electronics buggy. Shuts down completely occasionally. Takes a few minutes with car turned off before it will reboot. Great looking interior. It drives & feels larger than it is.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
2020 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

Land Rover New RochelleReviews
Land Rover New Rochelle review
We traveled over 1.5 hours from Central NJ to Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle to purchase a used car. Steven P, our sales executive, and Alex, the sales manager, were excellent and the reason we traveled so far. The no-haggle price was very competitive, they fixed any issues that were revealed in the comprehensive inspection and they were responsiveness to any questions we had. Even though we were surrounded by some beautiful luxury cars, Steven and Alex never treated us any less important or valued as customers. In our search for a used car we discovered many tactics by other dealers to slip in additional fees and charges to inflate the advertised price. JLR New Rochelle was upfront about their reasonable documentation fee in addition to the sales tax. It was nice not having to pick through all of the fine print and legal jargon to find hidden costs. Highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used car. And if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I had no doubt they will take care of you, too.

Land Rover Darien review
Land Rover Darien was excellent from beginning to end! Very responsive to inventory question. We worked with Luke and he made our vehicle purchase SO EASY. I usually dislike the entire car buying experience but Luke and Land Rover Darien made it quick, hassle free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership, the sales and finance team and of course, Luke. Thanks LR Darien!

2020 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Got 2 yr lease on Eiger Gray 2020 Velar p340 R-Dynamic S with full black package, including wheels...very pricey vehicle, with $13K+ in options...but i luuuv it...appearance and drive are stunning...that said, the "sport command" driving position is an issue, cannt get driver's seat high enough, but it goes low enough that you can't see over the dash...lol...also the B-pillar is very thick, as is the passenger seat headrest, so making left turn at T intersection is challenging...but i'm at 2 yrs now, and will probably do the lease end purchase option...also had it valued at JLR dealer yesterday and they would their purchase offer was only 63% of MSRP, with 13,500mi...LOL...and they wanted to sell me a 1-yr old Defender for 100% of MSRP...makes no financial cents (sic)...

Crazy Cars review
When I walked into Crazy cars I was skeptical because of previous experiences I had at other dealers but Akrami made me feel right at home. He offered me and my family coffee right away and was very honest and truthful about the cars and its history. I truly feel he went above and beyond for my family and I. When it came to the numbers they explained everything to me and didn’t hide anything. Every question I had was explained and answered with a level of professionalism I had not encountered at other dealers. I’m super happy with my purchase and once I’m ready for another car I will definitely be back and look for Akrami

Land Rover ParsippanyReviews
Land Rover Parsippany review
I had an outstanding experience leasing my new Range Rover Evoque, and I can't say enough great things about my Brand Ambassador Juan Tamayo. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, considerate, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. What impressed me most was how hard he worked on my behalf. He went above and beyond to make the lease work for me and was able to get my payment to a number I was truly happy with. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and always had my best interests in mind. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely trustworthy and committed to putting the customer first. Juan made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting. I absolutely love my new Range Rover, and I know this experience wouldn't have been the same without Juan. If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend asking for him. He is, without a doubt, the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Thank you, Juan, for making this such an exceptional experience!
