I went there to purchase a car. They made it super easy. I was in a test drive without a salesperson within 5 minutes. It was a high quality car. No pressure needed. The car sold itself and it was priced to sell!
Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me.
The rest of the staff I had contact with were all very friendly and welcoming. Every greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer.
In addition to Land Rover vehicles being amazing, the quality of people, their knowledge and their service at Cincinnati Land Rover in Blue Ash is the best you could ask for from any dealer. It is an incredible group of people. Hands down the best. Honest. Sincere. Professional.
I like this dealer. Professional sale staff and very good after-sale services. Somewhat expensive cars, but that’s what you pay for a quality car and good services, such as free car wash, free rental car, etc.

Browsing Landrover Website of Cincinatti, came across a vehicle I'm interested in, the sales rep. was very gracious to send me via email a video of the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Autobiography, with the color I'm looking for w/interior color ebony.
Had a first class buying experience. When I needed service, for the first time, At first there was a disconnect trying to get service performed, but it was quickly put right and excellent service was end result.
My wife and I were looking for a specific Range Rover Sport model and found one in Cincinnati. Nathan Nickell and his team made the out of state car buying experience quick and simple. Needless to say, that we will use this dealership again when in the market for another Land Rover.
Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
Everyone is kind, I get in & out super quick. Ice always been able to get a loaner for over night services. It's a clean, upscale & pleasant atmosphere.
