The service department at Willow Grove JLR continues to be driven by providing a unique and top-notch customer experience. They fully appreciate that each of their customers have a unique vehicle and situation, and do their utmost to tailor their service and attitude to that end. They are very professional and there is none of the upsell I have experienced at other local dealerships. As an example I recently had my vehicle in for a check-up of the suspension following some unusual behaviour, and they were completely transparent in that they found nothing wrong, and they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee, enabling me to keep enjoying my vehicle safely and reliably.

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. This has been my favorite Range Rover to date. Previously owning the 06, and 07 Supercharged, my 2010 Autobiography has been the most reliable and capable rover yet. The drive is unpralleled with anything else on the road. It floats over bumps and road imperfections, in severe weather, it performs as if it?s a dry sunny day, and the power is more then enough to jump out into a busy street. The doors are so heavy, you can tell you?re traveling in the safest tank possible on the roads. Love my Range Rover

I have had my 5.0 supercharged Autobiography for almost 3 years. I had to do brakes, 2 oil changes,put about a cup of antifreeze in it and I need to replace the start button. It has a crack but still works fine. It drives like a sports car that will climb mountains and absolutely luxurious. I love it

I had been searching for a very specific CPO Range Rover Sport (year, options, color, mileage). Finally found it at LR Main Line. Adam made himself available via phone, text, etc. to make sure all my questions were answered and work with me on a deal. Bryan and Jenna made the transaction very easy, including securing out of state title/tags. I flew in in the morning and drove out with 'new' CPO Range Rover that afternoon. We’ve been looking for a jeep gladiator for the past 2 months without any success. I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. Bought this aT 137000 MI. from a known individual who had been using an incompetent garage. I know because I had taken a previous car there! (Seriously: the AC is NOT fixed if it does not cool!)my usual garage did the front end work and a specialist replaced the ignition coils. I wanted to see if I liked it before investing in the timing chain. With a buy price of $3K AND $3500 more for above work, I will feel confident to take it on road trips.
