I have been to multiple dealerships the past few months and no one wanted to help me. My lease was up in a few months and my credit is not that great. Gary was amazing I told him my situation and he did not turn me away. We were able to get me into my dream car and the payments are right where I wanted to be. I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. This was my first experience at a Land Rover dealership as I just purchased a used Range Rover that needed service. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly, starting with the young lady I spoke to on the phone to make my appointment. I had initially contacted the Land Rover in Merritt Island, but they were "not friendly" and I'm glad I called Orlando. When I arrived, Harry greeted me then I worked directly with Adam and Nathan, who were all wonderful. When Adam stepped out, another young man assisted me and made sure I was set up in their conference room so I could work while my vehicle was being finished. Finally another young man stopped in the conference room twice just to see if I needed anything. Although I did not get their names, this group worked as a great team and made sure the customer was happy. I must say this was the best experience I've had getting any vehicle serviced!
I stopped in to the dealership to look at a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. Matt, the salesperson was great to deal with, no pressure and made me feel comfortable. I ended up purchasing the vehicle, then met with Doug, Used Car Sales Manager, and he assisted me with some minor mechanical issues that needed to be addressed. Pete Williams went out of his way to find the exact vehicle we wanted, which was very hard to find, as there are only a handful of these available on the eastern seaboard. Pete was always very responsive and accessible and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Pete.
