Whitten Brothers of Richmond review
They have been my dealership for servicing since I bought my truck from them. The service department team have a really good service manager Jason and the service team guys and women are detail with their customers and explain all before servicing and afterwards extensively so you leave satisfied. The operators who work the phone calls in to the dealorship are exceptional as well and they don’t get enough praise for their detailed work as well taking all the calls to direct where to go to keep the dealership in order. The billing department and car sales team are good as well or I wouldn’t have purchased a truck off their lot. Worth a look for your next ride at the dealorship …
2024 Genesis GV80 review
I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Whitten Brothers MazdaReviews
Whitten Brothers Mazda review
Had the pleasure of having Bill Edwards as my sales consultant and I could not have been happier. I had no intention of buying a vehicle I strictly wanted to get some info and maybe take a test drive. Bill was phenomenal in his knowledge of every aspect of the Mazda SUV's. He told us all about the exterior, engine, interior, the Whitten guarantee and what makes Mazda more satisfactory than other brands. He offered the ability to test drive but was in no way pushy and you can tell his agenda is to educate the buyer as opposed to the annoying sell sell sell mentality. I really appreciated this and would advise anyone to ask for Bill.
2021 Mazda CX-5 review
I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

Richmond BMWReviews
Richmond BMW review
Jacob, Kris, and Tom were a pleasure to work with. We got a good price, a great car, and a low pressure experience. We drove 2 hours to get to Richmond BMW, which means 2 hours back. They were sensitive to make for a smooth reasonably short process. We would make the drive again.
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Mercedes-Benz of MidlothianReviews
2023 Lexus ES 300h review
Bought in April, 2023 and have been averaging 43+ MPG City/Hwy driving. Ride is luxurious, responsive, eCVT works fine, transition from HEV to engine is seamless, and the infotainment technology has been updated in the 2023 models forward. Pairing the powerful performance of a potent 2.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with a manufacturer-estimated 44-MPG combined, the ES 300h models boast instantaneous acceleration and unprecedented fuel economy. They aren’t just the most fuel-efficient Lexus sedans; they are the most fuel-efficient among all non-plug-in luxury sedans, period. The Lexus Safety System+ 2.5* is an integrated suite of standard active safety equipment designed to help in certain circumstances, from providing low-light pedestrian detection and daytime bicyclist detection to helping provide road sign information via a built-in camera.

2026 Cadillac CT4 review
This car exceeds all expectations. It looks great, rides great, handles great, the sound system is excellent and it has decent power. The only criticism I can make is the trunk is a bit on the small side. I can still get my golf clubs in there so I am fine with it. What a beauty!

2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

Richmond Ford LincolnReviews
Richmond Ford Lincoln review
I came in looking for f-150s, specifically one that could haul my horses/trailer. I was met with an extremely knowledgeable staff who walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The entire shopping experience was done on an ipad, so we built the deal together. Will totally come back even though I am a 2hr drive away.
2022 Lincoln Aviator review
I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMCReviews
Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC review
Taylor Lewis at Rick Hendrick provided an absolutely outstanding car-buying experience. Dealerships can often be stressful, but Taylor completely redefines the process with his professionalism and dedication. He secured a highly competitive value for my wife’s trade-in and went the extra mile by tracking down and personally retrieving the exact vehicle she wanted. His attention to detail is unmatched, ensuring that every minor request was handled seamlessly. Taylor is a genuinely hardworking and courteous professional who clearly prioritizes his clients. I am incredibly grateful for his exceptional service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier automotive purchase.
2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Richmond BMW review
I destroyed two of my tires and called up Va and he was nothing but accommodating. Reminded me we had a warranty and he handled everything from then on. They were in constant contact with me which was amazing. Tow truck got it there almost at closing time on Thursday and I had it back Friday afternoon. Could not have asked for a better experience.

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

David B was great to work with. Had the deal done over the phone and just came and picked up the car. Recommend working with him.
2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Thank you Lonnie for helping me with my car purchase, Helped me with an doubts and questions I had before committing to my purchase !!
2021 Lexus LX 570 review
I had to get this LX570 since it is the last year of the mighty 5.7L V8. Traded my GX460 for it and while GX was a very nice truck, this one is on a whole different level. Comfort? Superb! Power? Gobbles of it! Seating position? Supreme! Fuel economy? LOL! If you buy a 5.7L V8 4WD 6000lbs SUV and worry about fuel economy - you just bought a wrong car! Sell it and buy a Prius! If it remains reliable I intend to keep it for the next 10+ years! Yes market is crazy right now and gas prices are through the roof, but if you ever wanted to have a tough off-road V8 beast dressed in a fine suit - this is your last chance to grab one of those in pristine condition.
