Car Town USA, Inc. review
I drove from the Cape and had such a wonderful experience. Ray III waited on me and I met his father also. I test drove the 2022 Honda Pilot that I had come to see and ended up driving it back home that day. Ray has checked on me to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and to reach out if any questions. I have already told numerous people about them. I would not hesitate to go to them again….thank you Ray!

Efficient service, smooth transaction. Car was as described and they reupholstered a seat in the car at no cost so that was nice!
2004 Lexus ES 330 review
I purchased a Lexus ES330 19 years ago. At 168k miles, with regular maintenance and some parts that wore out just this year. (2023), it is still the car I absolutely love. Going to keep driving it til the wheels fall off! (No signs of that happening anytime soon.)

If you know what you want, and have the means this is the place. The Ken and Brian combo is the Best. If you want to haggle about price this is not the place. Prices are set to go against Nationwide market. If you do your research and they have the Vehicle, you're looking for this is the place. In my humble opinion.

Such a Great experience with Ramon and Brian!!! Shopping for my 17y/o sons first car. I stumbled upon a Subaru Outback 2009 and it looked great! Sent the VIN to my care guy here in Peoria to see if he agreed and he did. We made the trek down to Tucson and we loved the vehicle. Drove back to Peoria with no issues and my son is over the moon... Thank you Car World of Tucson - Ramon you are amazing and we appreciate your hard work!!

Car was a fantastic daily driver for 20 mile commute, plus routine trips over 100 miles. You can drive it in snow easily with proper tire chains on it. Very smooth ride, great sound system too.

I had an outstanding experience with this used car dealership from start to finish. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest, and they made sure I understood everything without any pressure. The vehicle was exactly as described, priced fairly, and ready to drive home. They answered all of my questions and made the paperwork fast and easy. It's refreshing to find a dealership that truly values its customers and delivers on its promises. If you're looking for a reliable used car and a hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership. I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle and will be recommending them to friends and family!
