Purchasing a car is always a tedious and nerve racking experience for me in the past so I was nervous coming in but they made the whole process a breeze.
2018 Lexus GS 350 review
This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!
2014 Lexus GS 350 review
Met my needs. First reliable. Second nimble and fun to drive. Third, comfortable highway cruiser. I have had Lexus, Honda and Toyotas for years due to their reliabiltiy. Plus I have a mechanic well versed in those vehicles. Wanted a luxury car that met the criteria above. This one did it.

PLATINUM AUTO SALES review
convenient and easy experience. I needed a quick get around car and platinum auto sales made it happen. They showed me walk around videos and everything I requested beforehand so when I came, it was just a matter of driving the car and signing the paperwork.
2014 Lexus GS 350 review
I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

Auto Deal Makers review
I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!
2014 Lexus GS 350 review
How outstanding is the 4th Generation GS 350? It’s so exceptional that I just purchased my third one in eight years. My first was a ‘14 Sport and it was fantastic. During the early part of COVID when car sales were in decline I was at a Lexus dealership and they had a CPO ‘17 non-F Sport with 18k miles for sale and I was able to trade-in my 90k mike F-Sport, put no money down, reduce my payment by $30 per month. After a couple of years I really missed the performance of the F Sport, and the comfort of the 16 way adjustable leather seats. So, I recently traded in the ‘17 for another ‘14 F Sport. I’ve driven just about everything else that’s out there and I always come back to Lexus for the build quality, reliability, value, ease of city driving, and of course the performance of Sport+ when the roads beckons me to dig in. And this is easily a 200,000 mile automobile if you find one that was well maintained up to now. Now that the GS has been discontinued, you can find immaculate examples from $20k -$35k, depending on how important mileage is to you. I highly recommend limiting yourself to only authorized dealers or private parties with complete maintenance history because otherwise there’s simply too much avoidable risk. If you need the extra status and luxury appointments that come with BMW, Mercedes, or Audi there are plenty of pre-owned examples out there. Just be prepared for the cost of ownership.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I drove five hours to purchase a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the outstanding service I received made every single mile worth it. Traveling a long distance for a car can feel like a gamble, but this team proved from the very beginning that they are entirely trustworthy and professional. From my initial inquiry to the final handshake, Zee and Jason provided a level of service that went above and beyond. They understood the logistics of my five-hour trip and took complete ownership of the process to ensure everything would run smoothly.Their communication and attention to detail regarding the vehicle's condition were flawless. The accuracy of their description was spot-on, and the car was in the exact condition they promised over the phone, with absolutely no surprises or hidden issues. Before I even hit the road, Zee and Jason worked behind the scenes to streamline the paperwork and logistics. They took care of every pre-arrival detail so that I wouldn't have to spend my day waiting around a dealership lobby after a long drive. When I finally arrived, I was incredibly impressed to find that they had made sure everything was completely ready for me. The vehicle was perfectly prepped, fully detailed, and parked out front, while the final documents were neatly organized and waiting for my signature. The entire signing process was incredibly fast, transparent, and hassle-free, allowing me to get back on the road in record time. Their immense respect for my time turned what could have been a exhausting long-distance errand into a celebratory and exciting purchase.I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors, Zee, and Jason highly enough for their integrity, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. If you are considering buying a car from them—even if you have to travel hours to get there—you can do so with absolute peace of mind.

i have a 2015 Lexus GS 350 f sport crafted line version. all i have to say is this: this car is beautiful, reliable, fast, comfy everything you look for in a car. best purchase ever. the only caveat: watch out for the brakes and tires on the F sport version you'll be replacing them a little more frequently than normal. Overall a 9.5 out of 10.

If you are looking for a dealership that completely redefines the car-buying experience, Zarvo Motors is the place to go. From the moment you walk onto the lot, you are greeted with a welcoming, no-pressure environment that immediately puts you at ease. The entire team operates with a level of professionalism and care that is incredibly rare in the automotive industry today, making it clear that they value building long-term relationships with their customers over just making a quick sale. What truly sets this dealership apart is the exceptional service provided by Zer Ali and Jason. Both of these gentlemen go above and beyond to ensure that all your questions are answered and that you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Zer Ali stands out for his incredible patience and deep knowledge, guiding you through the inventory without a hint of salesmanship aggression. Meanwhile, Jason ensures that the logistical and financial sides of the house run seamlessly, making the paperwork feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. Together, they form an absolute dream team that makes car buying genuinely enjoyable. The absolute highlight of dealing with Zarvo Motors, however, is their unmatched honesty and transparency regarding their pricing. There are no hidden fees, unexpected add-ons, or frustrating gimmicks waiting for you at the signing table. Zer Ali and Jason lay every single cost out in the open from the very beginning, explaining the numbers clearly so you know exactly what you are paying for. It is incredibly refreshing to work with automotive professionals who treat your budget with respect and ensure you leave with complete peace of mind. Ultimately, Zarvo Motors has earned my highest recommendation thanks to their integrity and stellar customer service. 2013 Lexus GS 350 review
Never been a very "passionate" driver, and have seldom even been motivated to wash my car with any regularity. For some reason my '13 GS 350 F Sport rear wheel drive h as changed me into a different person! My car history has gone from '90 Corolla to '94 Saturn to '03 Honda (my fave before this car) to '12 Volvo S60 (very weird car) and I never really cared for them except as appliances to get me around. With this car, I spend so much time thinking about it, buying things for it, even looking at it! It's been really surprising. I just love how it has such a split personality (in the best way possible). When you're feeling low key and just want to cruise down the road, it drives almost exactly like an ES (test drove a couple of these first) with its quiet interior and smooth shifting transmission. The steering is effortless and light, but not totally numb like in the ES. However, if you go to Sport + the steering becomes much heavier, the engine holds revs much higher before downshifting, and the car corners like a champ. I was amazed the first time I took it on a curvy road with the way you could pitch it into corners - it just goes where you point it with such great accuracy. The seats are the best I've sat in, the Mark Levinson stereo is very good, the bluetooth and voice recognition work just fine, and the visibility is great. Negatives for me would be marginal gas mileage (I get just under 20 in my normal driving), and a pretty stupidly designed mouse system to operate the computer. Also important to know that this car goes through tires and brakes much quicker than your average car. My car is currently at 73.5K miles, and I want to try to get it to the 200 mark. With Lexus' reputation for reliability, I think I can make it happen. Otherwise

Eagle Automotives review
What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions clearly. They were not pushy and gave me time to decide. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Bought it CPO off lease. Just cleared 100k after 6 years, in all that time only the gas door latch needed repair and it was under warranty. Mine is a little thirsty but I "drive it." GS is a Great Sedan.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but the team here has managed to strip away the typical stress associated with dealership visits, replacing it with a customer-first approach that is hard to find these days.I had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Zee Ali, who guided me through the vehicle selection process. Zee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a hasty decision, ensuring I found the perfect match for my needs.Once the right vehicle was selected, Jason handled the financing and paperwork side of the transaction. Jason made what is usually the most tedious part of buying a car remarkably smooth and straightforward. He explained every document clearly, broke down the financing options in simple terms, and worked efficiently to get me through the process and on the road in no time. What stood out most about both Zee and Jason was their commitment to complete transparency. There were no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or sudden shifts in the deal. Every detail discussed from the beginning remained consistent through to the final paperwork, which gave me immense peace of mind and built a high level of trust. In addition to the stellar customer service, Zarvo Motors offered a good price that was incredibly competitive. I had done my research beforehand, and their upfront pricing beat out many other options in the market without the need for stressful back-and-forth negotiating. Getting a great deal alongside premium service made the purchase feel like a true win.Overall, my time at Zarvo Motors was outstanding thanks to the exceptional teamwork of Zee Ali and Jason. Their blend of fair pricing, absolute honesty, and professional care has earned them a lifelong customer. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle stop by Zarvo Motors for a seamless and refreshing car-buying journey.
2015 Lexus GS 350 review
We've owned our 2015 GS-350 F Sport AWD model for 10 years and have had zero issues. Drives great, looks great, perfect fit and finish and bulletproof reliability. The F Sport suspension has a rougher ride on bad roads but the tradeoff is great handling. The infotainment system is somewhat dated and takes some getting used to but the audio system is great. Interior materials are top notch and show no wear after 10 years. Paint still looks shiny and new. My local Lexus dealer told me they almost never get these GS350 models back on trades because the customers never want to trade them in and I have to agree!

My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!

As the owner of a 1998 Lexus, it's safe to say I am a Lexus fan. This car is bigger than my last Lexus GS300 but I love it. It has a backup camera, navigation system and all the other upgrades.... it's a great car.

I’m a really tough customer and Koons Kiadidna great job! The process was really simple. Jordan, my salesperson, was great and eliminated all of the negotiating and unnecessary stuff usually associated with purchasing a car. Took less than an hour once I got to the dealership. Thanks JORDAN!
2019 Lexus GS 350 review
I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

South Street AutosReviews
South Street Autos review
I don't trust used car salesmen or dealers. I believe their general reputation for hype and dishonesty is well deserved. My experience with South Street Auto was remarkable not only because it contrasted with nearly every other used car dealer I have visited over many years. It was absolutely positive. This is a professional operation. Here are the details in brief. I went there on a Saturday to look at a 2004 Volvo, which was advertised at a price $2000 below book value. The test drive was good, and the car seemed to be exactly as they advertised. They said their mechanic had checked it out thoroughly. But I wanted my Volvo mechanic to inspect it. They were very accommodating. We agreed that I would tentatively buy the car, and they would wait to put through the paperwork until they heard from me by the end of the day on Monday. On Monday my mechanic found three items of concern: a noise in the alternator that sounded as if it were near the breaking point, a leak in the power steering reservoir, and a crack in the seating for one shock absorber. South Street Auto was surprised by the finding, but readily acknowledged that these were meaningful concerns. I proposed a compromise: they would replace the alternator, and I would repair the other two problems at my mechanic. Within an hour the salesman had the owner's approval for this compromise. They replaced the alternator with a new one the next day while I waited there. Bottom line: South Street Auto is a company with honest, decent salespeople who treat you with respect, and who are willing to admit a mistake and to help in correcting it. The car is terrific, and was a great value even with the $450 in repairs, and the experience buying there was first rate. Let me note that I am a real buyer, I am not a relative or friend of anyone at South Street Autos, and they did not ask me to write this review (and don't know I am writing it).
