Lexus of Southwest HoustonReviews
Lexus of Southwest Houston review
I have had several Lexus in the past and will continue to buy them. This is due in no small part to the service department. They?re unfailingly honest, friendly, and helpful. Once I had an engine light on. They had my car for several days trying to figure out this nebulous problem. Turned out to be my gas cap. I had a loaner from them the entire time. They could have lied and told me it was something serious but they did not! Forever earned my loyalty that day. Their prices are also reasonable and the lobby and free loaners are great.

would shop here again. sales , finance, service were all outstanding. I live 40 miles away from this dealership and it was truly worth the trip.
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

Mac Haik ChevroletReviews
Mac Haik Chevrolet review
I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. All I can say is mission accomplished- great car great dealership!!

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

ABZ Motors review
I purchased a car from ABZ online in April of '26 and I would highly recommend them to any buyer. The experience was easy and great communication led to a painless buying process. Thomas Contreras in sales was very helpful in getting the deal closed and scheduling the entire shipping process including picking a respected carrier. Buying a car online unseen can be risky but with ABZ it was exactly as promised.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!

Lifted Trucks - Katy review
I went to check out a few vehicles at Lifted Trucks in Katy late last week. Really loved one of them and came back on Monday to buy it. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
2026 Lexus GX 550 review
Just bought an amazing car thanks to Joseph Minster! He walked me through all I needed to know and before I knew it I had in my hands the key to a great car, but in all honesty, I wish it had been longer. No doubt in my mind I will be coming back.

Porsche Sugar Land review
The service at Porsche of Sugar Land is fantastic, and my service adviser Matt Blevins kept me posted throughout the process, he is amazing. My car had to be towed to the dealership due to a flat tire. Five stars all the way!

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

ABZ Motors review
I would like to offer my highest recommendation for Omar Soliman. Recently, Omar took time out of his day to show my young son several of his dream cars. What could have been a brief interaction became a truly memorable experience because of Omar's generosity, patience, and genuine kindness. He asked for nothing in return and simply wanted to bring joy to a child who shares a passion for automobiles. In a world where people are often focused on their own priorities, Omar demonstrated a level of selflessness and character that is increasingly rare. He treated my son with respect, enthusiasm, and sincerity, making him feel valued and important. The excitement and happiness that experience brought to my son is something he will remember for years to come. Omar's actions reflected the qualities that define exceptional character: kindness, humility, generosity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others. I am deeply grateful for the time he invested and for the lasting memory he created for my son. Without hesitation, I recommend Omar as a person of outstanding integrity and compassion.

Lifted Trucks - LubbockReviews
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.
