He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

2017 Lexus IS 200t review
Great car, very comfy and reliable. If you buy this car, know it is not the fastest. I’ve owned my is200t f sport for 4 years and it’s been nothing but great to me. The trunk could be bigger, and the backseats could have a little more leg room for passengers. I’m very happy with the car, it’s basically a luxury Toyota Camry, so you really can’t go wrong unless you like very specific things that Lexus doesn’t offer. Lexus does not offer speed, but reliability.

2016 Lexus IS 200t review
The handling on this car is really good. It gives you the acceleration but it's smooth at the same time. It's sport car which means it's really fast but doesn't have loud engine whick I like. Also, it has plenty of space in the trunk. The back sits are kind of tight for people to sit. But again for sport car it's perfectly designed

Numbers matched what we discussed, and there were no surprise add‑ons pushed at the last minute. The paperwork was prepared quickly, and the team took time to explain each document before I signed. On delivery, the car was clean, fueled more than half which they make sure Everytime, and ready to go. A staff member went over the key features, paired my phone, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Based on this experience, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and would consider returning for my next purchase. Plus good refreshment for cookies and chips for kids, good coffee and other hot drinks were available. I haven't such even on big frenchises and new car dealerships. Awesome experience. 💯
2017 Lexus IS 200t review
I just purchased the 2017 Lexus IS 200t at Carmax. It came fully loaded in features as a used car. The black titanium tires were a perfect touch and added to the beauty. The titanium silver exterior is gorgous. I have not used the navigation system yet. I use my phone usually. I will test this shortly. The A/C is cool, the air heaters and coolers are a nice bonus. The comfort and feel is relaxing and soothing. As a 4 cylinder engine it saves on gas, but with the turbo charged add on, it assures you can go fast if need be. I do not race my car, I do not plan on tuning anything. As a used car I do need to get it waxed and clayed, and detailed a little. Defog the lights and center logo. However, This was expected. The car is beautiful, a joy to drive, and adds to the confidence of driving a car. I would recommend this car, used or new. MPG is good, be mindful it is above 25 mpg, using cruise mode as much as possible. I drive carefully, avoiding heavy use on breaks, reving the engine or speeding past or next to cars. I drive in middle or right lanes, unless no traffic, I cruise at 70mpgh averaging 25-27 mpg. Again, it is a luxury car, and sporty. If you need something for longer distance travel and extended mpg, there are other Lexus options. I personally bought this car for myself b/c I needed something I connected with, would enjoy the ride, for comfort and have the sporty feel w/o it being over priced. I paid 26,999 (not included tax) for this car, at 7.95 APR, $204 monthly payments. The car is Fully loaded with all features. it is a 2017, 6 years old, still needs a few touch ups. I enjoy my car, ride it with confidence and highly recommend. Please do your own research and make sure to see and test drive the cars before buying/signing anything.
