Lexus of North Miami review
When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.

HGreg Nissan Kendall review
I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

When I arrived, I was taken care of by Murilo, he was awesome, and professional as well as friendly. The gentleman that did my financing was also great and took the time to get me the financing I needed. Had he not, I most likely would have not bought the car. Overall, I am very pleased

Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport and had a wonderful experience working with Max. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Max made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't be happier with my new Subaru! I truly appreciate Max's kindness, professionalism, and assistance in helping me find a vehicle that feels like the perfect fit. Thank you, Max, for making this such a positive experience. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.
