Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh review
I purchased a new GLE 350 in May but unfortunately in June I was hit from behind by a truck that total my new GLE (only 652 miles on the vehicle). After settling up with the insurance I went right back to Gary Feldman to see if he could find me another GLE 350 with the options I had on my previous GLE. Within a day he found me a new GLE with everything I wanted on it. I have had the pleasure of working with Gary twice and both times he was a joy to work with and both times the process couldn't of been easier --Thank you Gary

Leith Acura of Cary review
Derek was great! The whole negotiation/signing process lasted less than 2 hours and was super smooth. I told Derek how much i wanted to spend in total and he came back with literally the exact price with trade-in. Stu was also very fast with the DMV/legal papers process. I have definitely recommended Leith Acura to friends.
2024 Lexus IS 350 review
Love this car! I’m a 60 year old female , I lease this Lexus and it’s so much fun to drive! Love the sleek look, the sport mode, the radio rocks! Not one complaint… I looked around… decided on the V6, IS 350, and it’s a pure joy to drive! You won’t regret it!

Caleb Farrar was phenomenal! by far the easiest car purchasing process I've ever gone through and I've purchased many cars over the years! The car was ready upon my arrival. He was polite and professional. Answered all of my questions, took me on my test drive, helped shuffle around the flow of purchasing just so we could surprise our son when he arrived with his new car, and from start to finish we were done in 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommend 🙌🏻

I recently bought a car from Johnson Lexus in Raleigh. My salesperson was Eb Udofia. He went above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable. He was very responsive to all of my questions. I hope to keep my new car for many years, but when I am ready to trade, I will definitely call Eb!

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh review
Andreas' customer service is top notch! He's prompt and makes me feel appreciated whenever I'm in for maintaining my 2025 Lexus NX 250. He keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle including texts, video updates and when my vehicle is ready which I never got before working with him. He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! Keep up the good work!!! Kudos!!!
2023 Lexus IS 350 review
I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.
2021 Lexus IS 350 review
The touch screen made this car perfect. The Infrared color looks much better in person. The naturally aspirated 3.5 is great and will outlast the turbos in the competition.
