Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

The touch screen made this car perfect. The Infrared color looks much better in person. The naturally aspirated 3.5 is great and will outlast the turbos in the competition.

Jorge was great to work with and a lovely person. He was always honest and direct. However, I feel like they didn't help a lot with promotions/pricing and getting a better price for a teacher in this economy.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

Test drove the IS 250..nice but the IS 350 F sport was superior with enhanced performance and more amenities. Interior and exterior had more unique characteristics with great markings. Sharp looking with all the bells and whistles..worth the extra cost

I purchased my new 2025 Lexus LX 700h Sport and traded in my 2023 Lexus GX . My husband n I walked in to the Lexus at Pembroke Pines dealership just to look at the Lexus LX and check prices, we were not planning to buy a car that day anyhow, a salesperson name Fred approached us and helped us to look at the LX that was available in the property. Fred was so patient and so prompt to answer whatever questions we might have . Fred was with us thru out the day and helping us if we wanted to trade in my GX . We finally decided to trade in my car for the Lx so it was time to crunch in numbers ( you know how that goes back n forth 😂) Fred understood that in our behalf we were trying to get the best numbers n what we wanted to pay monthly on our LX . Fred went back n forth to his manager until manager gave us a great deal what worked for us . I can say from my experience Fred and also the manager that was with Fred went above n beyond our expectations. Our experience with Fred was phenomenal and he is so polite and explained every detail on the LX n showed me how the safety n display features worked. Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, no one judged me or treated me differently. I’ve experienced horrible service in other Toyota dealers but not this one. HIGHLY recommend.
