Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport and had a wonderful experience working with Max. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Max made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't be happier with my new Subaru! I truly appreciate Max's kindness, professionalism, and assistance in helping me find a vehicle that feels like the perfect fit. Thank you, Max, for making this such a positive experience. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut Creek review
Even though I didn’t buy my car here, I decided to bring it to Lou Bachrodt for its regular maintenance because, while the sales experience at my original dealership was great, their service department and maintenance were completely unsatisfactory. Making that switch was the best decision! From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me warmly. The service was impeccable, communication was constant throughout the process, and everyone was always smiling and professional. Highly recommended!
2021 Lexus NX 300 review
Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

Very satisfied! These people are honest and don't charge you any extra fees. The price you see is the price you pay for the vehicle which is a big plus. In addition the vehicle drives very smoothly without any issues despite having more than 60k miles. Overall I am very satisfied and recommend this place!!!

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

2020 Lexus NX 300 review
The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.

My wife and I will recommend relatives and friends to visit Potamkin Hyunday whenever they are looking planning to buy a car.

Very helpful in confirming the vehicle was available for sale. Also getting the paperwork setup to have it shipped out. It went very smoothly.
2019 Lexus NX 300 review
We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

Lexus of North Miami review
When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.

CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
