Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
2 years ago, we purchased a new SUV (cheaper than Lexus) from a local dealership to save some $$ on payments -- I won't make that mistake again! I don't want to bash that dealership or brand, but the SUV had some cheap features we didn't notice at first such as the cargo liner made from a felt-like material; and at the last oil change they were already trying to sell us new tires. That was the last straw for us! Having owned Lexus cars in the past, we never had issues like these. So we traded in that SUV yesterday at Hennessey Lexus and came armed to the teeth with information to try to get the best value I could on a new NX300, and they more than met our expectations! Nick was great at matching the great discount we had gotten at another dealer and getting management to get us top $$ for our trade-in. Jin did a super job at guiding us through and understanding the options with no pressure at all to choose any options we didn't want or need. Once our purchase was complete, Danny sat with us in our new NX300 and explained all the features thoroughly, quickly, and calmly. And the customer lounge! Compared to the other dealership we dealt with for 2 years, it's like a Delta Sky Lounge versus the cramped and spartan environment you get at most other dealerships. I regret going with a different dealership and car brand two years ago, have learned my lesson - if and when we need another new vehicle, it will be a Lexus from Hennessey!
I came into the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted to replace my 2009 Lexus RX350 with which has been the best car ever! I didn't want to spend a fortune and Britt was very patient with me as we went to their entire inventory of pre-owned. Vehicles. I found a great car in my budget and totally recommend Britt as a salesperson if you need a pre-owned vehicle.
I hadn???t planned to buy my preowned Lexus from a dealer. But Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett had the exact car I had been searching for (2013 RX450h). I arrived alone in my ???05 Honda Accord and Britt Kaminsky met me at the door. I???ve had salesmen act as though I was wasting their time. Britt was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. As it should be but often is not with salesmen. I had done a lot of research on the car and Britt ackknowledged that. There was plenty to go over though because a lot has changed from 2005. Take for instance how to start the car. We worked out a great deal and I lucked out on some extras with the ???December to Remember??? special. Tom Kim (finance) was great to deal with as well. Very knowledgeable and great personality. If you???re looking for a place to buy your next car, please ask for Britt Kaminsky.
Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price

Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle.
