2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and stress-free, in advance and on the day of delivery. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better.
