As usual, Willie went above and beyond to make our service appointment seamless. He made certain to obtain parts for a specific repair ahead of my regular service appointment, so I didn't have to schedule a separate visit. Hendrick services both of our vehicles, and Willie keeps us informed throughout.

great service great service rep Becky Voyles Drive 200 miles one way for their service (from Wichita)
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This is an excellent BMW dealership and maintenance facility?. Staff are excellent and the service techs and maintenance technicians are superb. My wife and I have had great experiences when we purchased her new care this year to them taking great care of my X6 M50I when it needs maintenance or is due for service. Both the Maintenance technicians and Maintenance techs keep you well informed as your vehicle goes through a service.

I had been to BMW and Acura and researched others after visiting Lexus the first time. Reggie Chapman was personable and professional and answered all my questions during the first visit and when I came back I called ahead to make sure he was available. I would recommend him and your dealership based on my experience as a new customer. Chase and Guinevere were also helpful even late in the day. I just wish you had a service department in Lee’s Summit.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

Executive Automotive, Inc. review
I decided what vehicle I wanted after my old one was totaled out. I located two in Lee's Summit. At Executive Automotive, I found a perfectly detailed model in excellent shape at a good price. Kyle allowed me to take a long test drive and had no problem allowing a thorough look under the hood. The buying process was painless, and before I drove it off the lot he had the gas tank filled up. I recommend everyone check Executive Automotive if you are purchasing a vehicle.
