My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I have now owned four Lexus's all RX350's We found a low mileage one at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. Although it was a 350-mile round trip, it was well worth the drive. We found the Hendrick staff to be equal to and above the quality of the car! The overall experience was one of the smoothest car transactions of my lifetime. We had Amy in sales, Chris at the business desk, and Kathy in Customer Tech. This team went above and beyond to familiarize us with the many additional features of the Lexus and make the deal work for both parties so that we did not have to make a second trip to Kansas City.
