Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Mercedes-Benz of PompanoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Pompano review
I found the Audi I had been searching for and secured the best price at this dealership. Keith and Winston handled the deal remotely, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease enough to travel from Virginia to take delivery. Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

We were attended to by several friendly employees. Our experience was the best we have ever had. The vehicle we bought was super clean and we are loving it so far. My husband just took it to our mechanic to check the breaks. So far we are very happy with our purchase and the very attentive staff that tended to us! Again great place to buy a car!!!

Lexus of North MiamiReviews
Lexus of North Miami review
When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.
