Brought our 03 LS 430 in for a health check. The car had been sitting a while and driven minimally over the past year. Laura was our service tech, and provided cogent recommendations to repair the vehicle. Her customer service and knowledge of the repairs was exemplary. I Highly recommend this dealership and service department.

They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Have been to Ira a few times for new vehicles. They are always wonderful and efficient and alway treat us well! They have free burgers and hotdogs on Saturdays which helped in making our decision on full stomachs! Will go back there each and every time. If you are looking for a car try IRA first. Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe 3.5L V6 from here. This is one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring cars that I have ever seen, I'm honestly in love with my car. Pre-owned Ira also accepted my trade in, and for a reasonable price as well. I had the best time dealing with the vehicle salesmen Stephen James. He was absolutely wonderful. At this dealership, they have greatly priced vehicles to start with and are still even able to negotiate. The purchase was made easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I even was invited to get coffees anytime that i'm in the area and chat with Stephen, and since I work at the Walgreens right across the street, I am a frequent visitor. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the dealership you should go to first when looking for a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. If only I could rate above 5 stars.
