As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. After contacting 8 dealerships and dealing with numbers that were not to my liking... I started to contemplate if I wanted to continue doing business with Acura. My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Acura of Wappingers Falls being that it was down the road from us and months ago they reached out to us with open arms. It ended up being the best decision. I not only got a new car but I found a dealership that I am proud to be apart of. Acura of Wappingers Falls has a family-like vibe to it and this is what inclined me to do business with them. I worked with product specialist Jason Fogelquist, sales manager Dan Flores, finance manager Carlo Saenz, and Inventory manager Jamal Wyatt. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

This is my second Lexus. I originally had an ES 350 which was a wonderful car. I am very happy with the Lexus RX It drives nicely, is roomy, spacious, comfortable, and is an excellent car to own

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

After driving nothing but Toyotas for the past 30 years, I decided to try a new make / model for my next car. I went to Bruce Bennett Nissan on Sugar Hollow Road in Danbury and wound up working with someone who I found to be extremely professional; & knowledgeable about the Nissan line of cars. This individual is Danny Coscia, Sales Specialist. Danny was extremely pleasant to work with and at no time did I feel pressured, etc. to buy anything. Danny advised me of all available options re: financing: leasing, etc. Danny showed me multiple vehicles and knew what he was talking about. While I am sure that Danny would have gotten a much bigger commission had I decided to finance a new car, I bought a certified used Rogue with cash. Given that Danny spent so much time showing me cars and discussing all facets of car buying, It pains me that this enthusiastic young salesman probably lost out on a well deserved commission. Despite all the time he spent with me and probably getting very little for his efforts that day, Danny was gracious and showed no kind of animosity or disappointment that his efforts were probably not on par with what he may have earned for this deal. If you visit this dealership, which had a wealth of beautiful cars, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Danny. The young lady who addresses financing options, Sarah (?), was also very easy to deal with. I’d recommend this dealership based on their inventory and the fact that they seem to hire good, young people who represent the dealership and the Nissan brand so well.

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.
