i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.

We wanted a well appointed, comfortable riding and driving, excellent safety features car. My son owns a ES-300 and my cousin owns a RX 350 and has had many years of excellent owner experience with their Lexus vehicles. The RX 350 was our first choice in the various models because we like it's mid sized SUV styling and features. We are very pleased with our purchase and believe we will have many years of reliable service from this vehicle. We subscribe to Consumer Reports and the RX 350 has top level reviews documented in new and used vehicles.
I’ve been buying new cars for more than 40 years and this is the first time I really enjoyed the process primarily because of Ernie, my sales rep. He was very professional and also kind and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

This car has plenty of room & has more safety features & comfort qualities than I could have ever dreamed would be on a car. The drive even on the freeway is exceptionally quiet. I love it. It is reliable, good in the snow, and a great car to drive to work and other areas. I have always owned a Lexus and I won’t own anything else
I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!

Lexus quality is going downhill. This is a new car with abt 2000 miles many attempts to dealers and Lexus to repair the issue without success.
Their answer is that this is normal characteristic of this ca. We tested another similar rx350 with no such issue. Found out from lemon law lawyer that there is lawsuit against Lexus for similar issue.
Our salesman, Simon was awesome! He worked with us via email for week getting me the deal I wanted and delivering on every promise. Everyone at the dealership was professional and honest and the whole experience was perfect. Thank you Simon! We love our new X5! Best car I have ever owned from the best dealer in the world!

Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens

My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Plenty of leg room, looks sharp and drives well with lots of bells and whistles. This 2014 was purchased in 2015 and has been maintance free less scheduled check-ups!
