Went to Lexus to look at CPO cars. Ernie was very professional, answered my questions and presented options. I had intended to just look, but by the end of our conversation I bought a new Lexus. Very pleased with it.
I’ve been buying new cars for more than 40 years and this is the first time I really enjoyed the process primarily because of Ernie, my sales rep. He was very professional and also kind and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

I walked into the lexus dealership with no clue what I wanted. Kyle, a sales rep that works there provided me excellent service and showed his expertise when it came the lexus vehicles that were currently in the lot. He me feel comfortable with the decision of purchasing a 2014 lexus es350 and overall it I feel like it was the best choice made. I suggest to anyone that is purchasing a vehicle from lexus to speak with Kyle he know what he is talking about and will provide the best service to your needs!
Came in and had a check engine light on. Ryan helped me take care of the issue and also got me a nice loaner to play other while my RX was getting serviced. I forgot my cc and kids car seat in the car and Ryan took care of it for me.
People like Ryan is why I prefer getting a Lexus.
Oddly enough after chatting with Ryan I ended up trading my RX 350 for a newer ES.
After reading all the reviews you’d think Ernie seems like he has a ton of family doing reviews for him.
All jokes aside. Ernie is awesome to work with. No pressure took his time with me and never felt pressured or rushed. We looked at a few cars and after a couple of hours finally made my decision.

I wasnt even looking for a car until I walked into the dealership, being welcomed by Ernie Tommasiello and given an amazing offer on a new IS 300. After some back and forth with financing, I finally got the car and Ernie made the whole experience painless. I appreciated the fact he made sure I understood the process, the car I was getting, as well as any benefits of being a Lexus driver. Highly recommend LoW.

Upon arrival at Lexus of Warwick we were met by Ernie Tomasiello. He was very informative and treated us with enthusiasm, friendliness, and made us at ease in the process of buying a car. We would recommend Ernie and Lexus of Warwick to our friends.
Our only disappointment is we waited too long to finish the transaction with the financial officer. We completed all the paper work the day before and made an appointment to come back the next day to sign papers and pay for the car but made to wait for 2 1/2 hours, as a result we missed a very important occasion. Once we went in to her office, it took 9 minutes to finished the transaction. If only she had kept the appointment on time, we would have been on the way to enjoy the day.
Otherwise, we were very happy with our experienced with Ernie.

You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.

I arrived at around 2PM on a Friday and was driving my new one home by 6PM the same day, this includes the entire process from apprising my trade, securing finance, dealing with my insurance carrier. Everyone went above and beyond to get me on the road with my new car for the weekend.
