Go see Samer for your next new car! Huge shoutout to Samer in new car sales for helping me drive off the lot in my dream vehicle! I usually dread car shopping, but Samer completely changed my perspective. He was friendly, honest, easy to talk to
2023 Lexus RX 350h review
It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper review
From the moment I walked in, the sales associate was ready with the car and made the entire process effortless. The test drive was exactly what I wanted — no interruptions, no pressure. I was able to really listen to the vehicle and enjoy the drive, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager was just as impressive. He respected my time and went straight to the out‑the‑door price. No strange fees, no unwanted warranties — just the state tax and state fees. Simple, honest, and transparent. This is a great dealership, and I will definitely refer my friends.

Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

Park Place Lexus Plano review
When I saw Nicholas Hughes working with a lady on an RX 350h, I watched, listened, and I was impressed. He was respectful, courteous and kind. I talked to the lady when Nicholas walked outside to bring the car for a test drive. She said she loved him, he was great, etc, etc. When he came back in, I introduced myself and told him I would wait for him. It was worth the wait. He gave me a fair price on the car, got me more money on my trade-in, and the deal went smoothly. I would recommend Nicholas Hughes to everyone. If he is busy, WAIT. It will be worth the wait.
2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.

Huffines Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM PlanoReviews
Huffines Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM Plano review
Frank with Huffines Jeep of Plano, a 5 Star experienced sales "consultant", is not your stereotype car salesman! When I called in for an appointment (for my wife) and requested to meet with the most experienced, the nicest receptionist that answered my call said, "well that will be Frank". lol! Nice! She read my mind! This purchase was for my wife who fears buying cars! So, taking her to make this happen was quite challenging. She fears new car purchases and pushy car salesman. We have a history purchasing pre owned cars. I had to sell her on we are at a point in our life we can get a new car and not have to settle on pre owned. So, having the right car consultant was going to be critical to make this work for her! Frank fit the part perfectly! He was very patient with both of us, and frankly, no pun intended, we didn't feel like we had to "haggle" about price! He figured out naturally what we wanted and just made it work! He made sure we were comfortable with the numbers and measuring up with what we wanted! The entire process starting with the phone call to Huffines, receptionists, Frank, and finance close out was simply easy and straightforward. Absolutely no buyer's remorse with our experience with Frank and Huffines Jeep Plano!!

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.

I gave the 5 star review because of Christopher, the sales rep. He answered questions that I forgot to ask.
2025 Lexus RX 350h review
My wife has a 2020 Lexus RX450h and it has been a reliable transportation for the past 4 years. We saw the 2025 Lexus RX350h and we decided to get it too. Everything would have been perfect except for the 3 circular blemish on the paint on the left side of the hood as you face the car. We brought it back to the dealership but even their expert detailer could not fix the problem. The dealership did not offer any other solution. I just decided to bite the bullet on this one.

Both Erick Lain and Sheri Stafford were very helpful in our car purchase. I really appreciate the no haggle approach to pricing. Very easy to work with and would buy from them again .

My husband and I bought a vehicle the 19th of May 2023. Our sales person was Makala Yates. It was a great experience. Makala was very helpful and patient. She answered our questions and explained a lot of things for us. We’ve bought many vehicles over the years and Makala was the best salesperson we’ve dealt with. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Mikala.

I worked with Dale Roeglin at Lexus of Brookfield. He was awesome to work with. Buying a car post pandemic is very different but he was referred by good friends who have worked with Dale in the past. This is my 4 th Lexus; 3rd RX350 and 1st Hybrid. So far it has been awesome

Even though I decided not to trade my current vehicle, Olivia contacted me quickly and sent me information that I wanted to help me decide if it fit my criteria. She was helpful and not pushy.
2024 Lexus RX 350h review
Just about 19K miles on the car now. Early on battery ended replacing. There was a slow tire leak that we did not know about when we purchased it. They did not cover this and it cost me for a new replacement. Don't recommend the running board as they are useless at that height. Mileage about 34mpg in ECO mode. Safety features very good. Camera system good. Don't use the auto park ability. Too spooky for us at our age. This is the first Toyota/Lexus automobile we have owned and we highly recommend it. I will keep this car until Lexus comes out with an auto drive like the Tesla. Fremont Lexus is quite attentive. Salesman Connor is excellent.

Salesman, was great showing us cars that matched what we wanted and the team was good. The price of the car was our budget for daughter’s first car.
2024 Lexus RX 350h review
This car is perfect and makes sense in every way. Quality, style, luxury, safety, beautiful mpgs, and so much more. The suspension is a dream (I’m coming from a Volvo xc90). Don’t waste money on the upgraded sound system the base system is better than any car I ever had. Premium + gets you a customization feature of choosing interior color illumination. This car has everything so happy with this ride.
