I booked my 25,000 mile service appointment on line which was so easy and reserved my loaner. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and enjoyed a cup of coffee and Richard greeted me and did my paperwork promptly and I was on my way with my loaner. Received the same friendly service when my car was ready! Great Service Department!

Jeff Lovett was absolutely great to work with. He took care of me from start to finish to make sure I was completely satisfied. This was the second Lexus purchase Jeff has helped me with, the first being four years ago. Bob Ewing, the Finance Director, was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend Jeff, Bob, and Lexus of Jacksonville to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.

My husband and I just purchased a TX 350 this week. We worked with Shannon and we loved it. Honestly, very painless process. I purchased by first car from a dealership almost ten years ago and swore I'd never go back because of how I was treated. The typical price gouging and feeling like they were just taking advantage of me due to me being young. HOWEVER, working with Shannon restored my faith in a painless and reasonable process. I think that's huge. He was very nice and direct about things. Felt like he was honest and cared about us being happy with everything. No smoke and mirrors situation with him. I'd recommend him and Lexus of Jacksonville to family or friends.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2024 Lexus TX 350 review
Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Beaver Toyota of St. AugustineReviews
Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine review
This Toyota dealership is the benchmark for what Toyota dealerships should be. Since moving to Florida I have dealt with multiple Toyota dealerships and Beaver Toyota tops them all! No need to be constantly looking over your shoulder here, they always take the high road and try to do the right thing. It was a refreshing experience from the moment we contacted Mike Elkin through Cars.com. Mike did a fantastic job taking care of us and quickly wrapping up our purchase. The dealer and purchase fees are fair here and disclosed up front (unlike other Toyota dealerships that hide huge used car fees). They are a two hour drive from us, but honestly we are excited to return just to visit again.

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

Lexus of Wesley ChapelReviews
Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I truly never write reviews, but I felt that my experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was worth sharing. I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexus TX. Isaac right off the bat was an absolute angel to work with. We came into the dealership around 5pm when he was getting ready to go home. Not only did he stay late to help us, but truly worked so hard to help us get the best deal. He is absolutely the most caring and compassionate sales person I have ever come across. He cares about building a relationship with the customer so that they will return. It explains why he has so many repeat customers. The sales manager Rex is also amazing to work with. He worked late into the evening to help us get the best deal right around where we wanted to be. And lastly, I also have to rave about the finance manager Travis. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely covered on all bases. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was hesitant to switch from Mercedes of Tampa to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but am absolutely glad I did. I will be a customer of Isaac’s and Lexus of Wesley Chapel for life! An overall great experience not to mention all of the amenities you have access to after becoming a customer!

Ben Thomason a pleasure to do business with. Professional from the start and all the way through the process. Always available for my questions or concerns. He set up delivery to my home in earlier than promised once the funds were wired. Could not have been happier.
