CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

I was so happy with the experience I had at this dealership. Trying to locate a vehicle is hard enough but with the initial contact these folks were informative, upfront, friendly and made the whole experience less painful.
2016 Lexus CT 200h review
Great car except the dealership screwed up repairing the moonroof problem when I reported it to them a year before. A year later the moonroof started leaking at car wash and during severe storm. We have proof of TLC for our CT based on the record of Lexus. We spent a fortune maintaining this car since 2013. Our car have 98,458+ miles.

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

Berkenkotter Motors Castle RockReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
My experience with Chris at Berkenkoter was downright AMAZING. My daughter had damaged another person’s car, 2025 Nissan Rogue. I told the gentleman I would have it fixed. Called Dan and Chris expecting a NIGHTMARE experience Based on my past experiences with other mechanics/ body shops. Chris was flexible with the gentleman’s timeline so he wouldn’t have to miss any of his work. they first got the car, drivable and safe. And gave the car back to the gentleman. Then when the parts came in, he was out of town and scheduled a repair for Monday. Within four hours the car was done and the gentleman was extremely pleased. This was an EXTREMELY STRESSFUL situation as a parent and they did everything in their power to help. When I went to pay the bill, I felt it was extremely fair for the work that had been done. These are my go, two guys from here on out. And they should be yours too. Extremely dependable flexible and do exactly what they tell you they’re going to do in a professional manner..

My experience was so awesome!! Martin and crew were over the top customer friendly and so easy to work with! Marin picked me up late night at the airport and brought me to my new car at the dealership. The next day he spent an hour with me going over all the options and making sure I was comfortable with the new vehicle.
2012 Lexus CT 200h review
Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

2013 Lexus CT 200h review
I never thought i would own a hybrid. I have 6 other cars, most of which I dont put a lot of miles on. I put miles on the ct200 like crazy. It runs like a top and reliable as a light switch. It just turns on and runs. I get it serviced at Toyota (as its mechanicals are all Toyota) and it saves me from paying the premium service charges at Lexus. Highly recommend!!! Love this little car (and i truly get 43 MPG consistently)

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

Honestly the worst part about buying the car from Reds is that I dont have to work or talk to them soon. These guys are great - I bought a car from New York and am having it shipped. They are helpful, comforting, cool, love their cars and customers equally. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Thank you to Dylan and Edward for helping my mom buy her car. From the moment we waked in to the hand shake good bye, these two gentlemen were professional, understanding and caring. They never pushed my mom into a car she did not want or go beyond her price point. They made us feel heard and cared for. Thank you for an amazing experience!!
2012 Lexus CT 200h review
Bought a 2012 CT200h for my wife as a commuter ~8yrs ago and without a doubt this has been the best car purchase I've ever made. 40+MPG and practically zero maintenance costs aside from tires and oil changes and a 12v battery (at ~130k). In fact, I just replaced all fluids, breaks and spark plugs for the first time at ~100k miles. Brakes at ~100k?! Unreal. If you learn to use the regenerative braking it truly saves the pads/rotors. Love the looks of this little car too. As a commuter this is hands down one of the best out there. Lexus/Toyota's hybrid system knocked this one out of the part.

Whenever I'm at Tobin Kia I always feel that my car will be well taken care of in service. If I have any questions, it's quickly answered to the best of an agent's ability. My service agent is Joe and he is absolutely fabulous. My next vehicle if necessary will be another Kia. I'm hoping that my Kia soul which is no longer being produced will last for quite some time. It's very efficient and very attractive and I love it! Kia has grown so much and so quickly, and it offers many models that will suit the taste of many types of people. Go Kia!

2016 Lexus CT 200h review
This is my first small car in decades (having driven trucks and suv's the last 30 years. I wanted a commuter car for a long work commute, and this is perfect. The inside is not quite as nice as my previous Lexus models, but it is far nicer than a Toyota interior of the same time period. I love the looks of the hatchback and the fuel economy is solid. In sport mode its lively and fun to drive. A+

EASY CAR AUTO SALES review
I found a 2011 Range Rover at this dealership. I don’t know why they are reviewed so low. My experience was AWESOME ..paid for the car cash and it runs like a dream. Wes is awesome and responsive . Do your homework… if you see a car you like here.. go check it out. I’d buy from this lot again for sure!
2015 Lexus CT 200h review
I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!
