We would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Kia service executive Douglas Robertson. Our experience with Douglas was exceptional from beginning to end, and we believe his professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived for our Kia service, Douglas welcomed us with a warm and friendly attitude. He immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that our vehicle and concerns were in good hands. His approachable personality and respectful manner created a positive experience from the very beginning. What impressed us most was the time Douglas took to listen carefully to our concerns. He never made us feel rushed or treated our questions as unimportant. Instead, he patiently listened, explained the service process clearly, and made sure we understood what was happening. His communication gave us confidence and made us feel that our concerns genuinely mattered. Douglas demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout our entire experience. He was knowledgeable, organized, attentive, courteous, and always willing to answer our questions. We especially appreciated his honesty and transparency. Trust is extremely important when it comes to vehicle service, and Douglas made us feel that he genuinely cared about doing what was right for us. He provided information without pressure and helped us understand our service needs. His attention to detail was another quality that stood out. He carefully addressed our concerns and made sure nothing was overlooked. We could see that he takes pride in his work and is committed to providing customers with a positive experience. He also kept us informed throughout the process, so we never felt forgotten or uncertain about what was happening. Beyond his professional skills, Douglas's genuine kindness made a lasting impression. His friendly smile, patience, respectful communication, and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued. He understands that excellent customer service is not only about completing a service appointment, it is also about how customers are treated. Douglas truly went above and beyond our expectations. He made an extra effort to ensure our experience was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. His positive attitude and calm, reassuring approach made a significant difference. We hope Kia recognizes what a valuable service executive they have in Douglas Robertson. His professionalism, honesty, warmth, and commitment to customer satisfaction reflect extremely well on both the dealership and the Kia brand. To Douglas, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for listening to our concerns, answering our questions, keeping us informed, and treating us with genuine respect and care. Your dedication and positive attitude made our Kia service experience memorable. We would be happy to recommend Douglas Robertson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, and caring Kia service executive. We sincerely appreciate his exceptional service and look forward to working with him again in the future.

2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I had a great time at Lexus; Joesph Minster and I looked for a good car for me and voila, we found the car in never knew I needed. Joesph was very patient with me even though I was being very indecisive. Had a great visit and coming back soon.

The dealership was quick to respond to my inquiry. The salesman was very attentive to my concerns and questions. The office staff was excellent. The purchase went smoothly. The car was shipped out of state to me. The vehicle arrived just sad I asked. The process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly. He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better. It’s already been a month, and I’m truly enjoying every moment behind the wheel of my M5. Thank you to Siwell and especially to Gary Wiley Jr. for the excellent service.

2024 Lexus ES 300h review
I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
We are so thankful to Katie Fitzgerald for providing us with such an amazing experience at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. From start to finish she was outstanding, providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. My wife wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination that was not being regularly produced by Lexus for this specific model (RX450h+ Luxury). She put in the extra effort to advocate on our behalf and get a special request in to Lexus, where she successfully secured this unicorn for us. We are absolutely thrilled. It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and stress-free, in advance and on the day of delivery. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. It is because of their clear commitment to providing their guests with consistently great experiences with sales consultants, managers, and service advisors. This dealership is in a class by themselves.
2024 Lexus ES 350 review
There is much to love about the 2024 Lexus ES350. I can’t think of another car that has given me more for my money. The drivetrain alone is enough to make this an easy choice: naturally aspirated V6 with over 300 horsepower paired with the traditional torque converter transmission. And it takes regular fuel. Sold. Bulletproof and buttery smooth. Although after nearly a year of ownership, a couple of personal annoyances were revealed that people may not know about. Cabin comfort is excellent, although in my base model, not the “library quiet” you may hear advertised. The lack of acoustic glass on side windows or the unfortunate Bridgestone OEM tires are weak links. The seats are supremely supportive and comfortable, which I discovered after a long highway journey. Soft touch surfaces, leather, and simple fit and finish elevate the ES. It just looks and feels nicer inside than most other cars. First time passengers are legitimately impressed. Sport mode makes this no slouch, either. Plenty of power and acceleration, surprisingly fast. The personal tiny annoyances? The wireless charging pad is useless. Too weak to meaningfully charge anything. No sunglasses holder!? A daily grumble for me. More significantly, however, is the remote start shutting off when you open the doors. No other car does this. And the fuel tank is unexpectedly small (15.9 gallons), meaning the fuel range isn’t what you might expect. The Mark Levinson sound system is industry leading; sadly, my base model doesn’t have it. If you’re a huge sound system person, the base system is a letdown. But there are lots of physical buttons and switches to compensate! I had to become a petty person to find flaws in this vehicle. For the money, in its class, it’s untouchable in my opinion. And every day that goes by, I love driving it even more.

I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

2022 Lexus ES 300h review
Pre pandemic we had a 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2011 Toyota 4Runner. Work from home allowed us to pass down the legacy to the kids. Picked up 2022 ES300h and realized how much we missed the sedan. The Subaru had a 6-cylinder but this hybrid feels just as quick but WAY better fuel economy and a much smoother ride. Everyone seems to like this car and for good reason.

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.
2022 Lexus ES 300h review
My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. This beauty checks every box. I LOVE my Lexus! It makes me happy every single time I drive it. What more could you want from a car?

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.
2024 Lexus LX 600 review
We purchased a 2024 LX600 F Sport about 6 months and really enjoy it. While we are a Lexus family, we did an exhaustive search of all luxury SUVs before settling on the LX. What we like about the LX: it's a beautiful vehicle inside and out. We love the exterior styling and glad we ended up with the F Sport trim. The interior is gorgeous with impeccable fit and finish. The seats are very comfortable. We like the way it rides. This SUV is built like a tank. No question it is way overbuilt. As long as the Twin Turbo V6 holds up (see some of the issues on the Toyota Tundra), this vehicle should last a very, very long time which is rare these days. We also like how the LXs hold their resale value so much better than any other luxury SUV which will help with overall operating cost. What we don't like as much: smallish gas tank + not great gas mileage = frequent stops at the gas station. There aren't as many bells and whistles as you will find on an Escalade and X7 (more stuff to break in our opinion). While it is about the right size for us, it's does not have as much interior room as other 3-row SUVs. The price - is this (or any car) worth $106k-116k? Overall we love the LX600. It's not perfect but nothing else out there is.

2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

2022 Lexus ES 300h review
We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Lexus of Wichita review
Just bought the brand new Lexus RX350! So excited Haris helped us find the perfect car! He was extremely helpful and gave us straight forward answers to any questions we asked! Would definitely recommend you ask for Haris when you walk in the door!
