2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Plano! We had an amazing experience working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. Our experience started on a Saturday, about 30 minutes before closing time. We were walking around the parking lot, looking at vehicles, when Serge was parking a car. Even though it was extremely hot outside and the dealership was about to close, he greeted us warmly and offered to help. We immediately appreciated his approach, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Serge was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind while answering all our questions and explaining every detail. His genuine desire to help made a great impression on us, and we knew we wanted to work with him. He gave us his card, and on Monday we reached out to him with exactly what we were looking for. Serge was already prepared and had two vehicles waiting for us to see. After looking at them, I chose one, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel simple and exciting. Alex Rosas was also wonderful. He helped us with all the additional paperwork, explained the warranty options clearly, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know before completing the purchase. 2023 Lexus RX 350 review
I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

2014 Lexus RX 350 review
I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

2017 Lexus IS 200t review
I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

2014 Lexus ES 300h review
Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

2005 Lexus SC 430 review
I have had a Lexus 430 SC for 8 years I love this car.I had a Mita before,.wanted a heavier car to drive on the interstate.this car is a dream very smooth ride. Easy top Down....had very little problems. It's unique and beautiful....I love the back seat..great for a dog or child or your coat and purse. . The mita had nothing...no it's not for everyone, but I like it....better than any new car....Getting ready for a new timing Belt , which they say will take care of most of the maintenance for long time. It is a 2004. They only made this car 2002 to 2010..

2014 Lexus CT 200h review
I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
The most reliable and comfortable SUV in the market today. Its drives very smooth and the last SUV with a normally aspirated V8 engine that is under stressed allowing it to last 200,000 plus miles. This particular model has been built to last and designed to work for many years to come. It is functional and spacious. Everything is like new and no car issues. Everything works. Lexus delivers piece of mind and quality. Lexus simply refines their vehicles even more than their Toyota standard making them absolutely perfect. 2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
Had a hybrid RH 400 for many years, needed the extra seats and love the GX 460. Can’t complain, adult really isn’t comfortable in the 3rd row for a long distance buy other than that love it. The V8 won’t be around much longer so I’m happy I got this one. Happy happy.

2016 Lexus NX 200t review
I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

After looking at various Mustangs for a couple of days, and walking away from a couple of deals because of bogus dealer fees, overpriced vehicles, or mechanical/cosmetic issues, I reached out to Palomino via the cars.Com app. Really didn't have high expectations. Doing research I found they didn't have any ridiculous dealer fees. I was curious but pessimistic. However Dennis reached out to me and I came in after work for a test drive. He had the car out front ready for me. It was super simple, pretty much as soon as I walked in he got a copy of my license, handed me the key,and told me take my time. I looked over the vehicle then drove it. I took it around for a while, on my own (some dealers send the salesman with you on the test drive). When I came back Dennis already had the numbers ready. Very straightforward. The online price was the price. There was a doc fee if $150, an inspection fee of $43, and standard TTL. NO DEALER FEES! The price was fair and the process super easy. No pressure at all. No constant barrage of texts, calls, and emails. I decided to put a deposit down since it was late and come back the next morning with payment. I showed up the next day, the process was about 10 minutes and I was on my way in a very nice, well taken care of 2018 red Ford Mustang convertible. The car was great, the price fair, but what really struck me was how chill Dennis was. I'm pretty sure he wanted to sell me a car, but he was so nice and easy going it was like buying from a friend you have known for years. 2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

2016 Lexus IS 300 review
Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
2014 Lexus GX 460 review
This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.
