My salesperson, Ryan Schmall, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Ericka did a phenomenal job going over all of the features on my new car and answering any questions that I had. Shawn Rugar worked very efficiently, I was able to take delivery the same day. The lounge was comfortable and provided a place for me to work while I waited. Overall the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!

Great experience! Highly recommend. I have never had an easier or more comfortable experience purchasing my car. My salesperson went over all of my technology and made sure that I was connected to everything before I had even signed my paperwork. They’re definitely my dealer.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto Outlet review
This is truly a 5-star dealership-Lexus is the only part I’ve dealt with. Their facility is beautiful & immaculately clean. The employees are 10 out of 10 Stars. They’re very professional yet “home town” friendly & very knowledgeable & respectful & straightforward honest. The quality of work is outstanding & the “extras” they do are wonderful & so appreciated! Since buying my first Lexus in 2015 I haven’t found another dealership that literally rates 5-stars in every single factor of outstanding quality business! Plus the quality of my vehicles & their performance/reliability etc is impeccable excellence! I must give a special shoutout for Coreen in Service. There’s none better & she truly makes Lexus proud in her excellence in job performance & personality & interaction with people-just everything! She is a blessing for both employer & customers! Big thank you to her for making every experience I’ve had with Lexus top quality & very enjoyable! All In all Harvey Lexus is the best!

I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. Joseph was extremlely helpful in the buying and fixing process. He went above and beyond and out of his way numerous times. I am a very satisfied customer. I would refer anyone I know to Paris Motors.

Adam and Brandon are both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are the ultimate service professionals. They are always patient and kind when they are explaining the service requirements to me. I have been there twice for the required scheduled service maintenance, but each time, it is so easy and enjoyable to go there. I also sold one of my cars recently and they gave me a really good price. Everyone that I have dealt with in this dealership is super kind and friendly.

Broadmoor Motors MiddlevilleReviews
Broadmoor Motors Middleville review
To start with, these folks are quite selective about their inventory, so they only sell good quality cars. On top of that, they are so friendly, honest and reasonable that you feel more like you’re buying from family than from a used car salesman. Also, they stand behind their cars with a 30 day guarantee. Finally, I have never seen a cleaner used car then the one my daughter just bought there!

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Might even have to visit family in Michigan the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you

I am a widow who does not know much about cars—they were my under husband’s purview. I have so valued the consistent, reliable, competent, efficient service from Serra Mercedes. Most recently, Ken who was my service rep and Austyn was my service tech. They both hit the ball out of the park. They educated me, made suggestions, and outlined options…..and then enacted our agreements in a professional and timely manner. And both were superbly kind.

So i contacted dealership regarding vehicle. A real salesperson emailed me back. I asked for ipacket and walk around vehicle. He responded immediately with my request. I declined purchasing the car because it wasn’t in the best condition. A few days later the salesperson contacted me again saying the car was reduced $2000. I appreciate the follow up
