The waiting area is nice with multiple places to sit and they do a good job with the coffee/snack bar. They send videos to your phone of what they are working on. Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.
2005 Lexus GS 300 review
This car is excellent in every way I can think of.....I just wish it was more fuel efficient. Beautiful inside and out....recieve nothing but compliments and admiration. The ride is smooth and comfortable. I feel safe and secure when driving. Like I said before the only minus is I feel that can be improved is gas mileage.

2005 Lexus LS 430 review
My dad bought his 2005 lexus ls430 with about 1000 miles on it. He drove it up to around 90,000 miles where he gave it to me. I currently have 200,000 miles on it and it runs like new. He has owned about 5 cars since than and still says this is the best car he ever owned. Besides the toyota land cruiser, this may be the most reliable car ever made.

2004 Lexus ES 330 review
I purchased a Lexus ES330 19 years ago. At 168k miles, with regular maintenance and some parts that wore out just this year. (2023), it is still the car I absolutely love. Going to keep driving it til the wheels fall off! (No signs of that happening anytime soon.)

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

Excellent comfort, quiet, reliable. Gets amazing gas mileage for a 300hp V6. Can you believe 35 mpg at 75 mph. I will drive this car until one of us dies. This was the last year for this car without Engine start/stop and the 2026s are all electric.

2022 Lexus ES 350 review
The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

2015 Lexus GS 350 review
Bought it CPO off lease. Just cleared 100k after 6 years, in all that time only the gas door latch needed repair and it was under warranty. Mine is a little thirsty but I "drive it." GS is a Great Sedan.
