Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

Great Car! I purchased this car, with over a hundred thousand miles on it, over twelve years ago. During this time I have cared for my Mother, Grandmother and Great Aunt, rehabbed our family home, completed Graduate school, and gotten to work reliably with no worries. When I say rehabbed the family home, I mean I put couches, beds, bed frames, plywood, sheet rock and vinyl siding and countless etc., on top of the car and everything you could imagine in the car as well as the huge trunk. When done, all I do is apply turtle cleaner and wax and ride to big functions as the the car glosses through the evening and night air. When I say big functions, I mean high school and college reunions as well as large and well thought out church gatherings and anniversaries. My favorite thing about the car brings me to the last point that I will make here today: Maintenance and reliability makes this car a gem. That V8 engine is second to nothing. Believe me, that is something that I thought I would never say about another car or it's engine having owned a Toyota Camry(V6). However, I can certainly attest to the fact that it is remarkably powerful, durable, nimble, quiet, sporty, well built, well thought out, well designed and inexpensive to maintain. In fact, I have had virtually no mechanical issues with the car except for normal maintenance of the battery and alternator. Listen, a psychologist sold me this car. He is a great man and this is a proven great car that has added great value to both of our lives as well as to the lives of our families. If I may refer to a tenent offered by the great 100 Emmy winning Queen of public discourse, Oprah , 'Greatness [begins with] intention'. If that is the case, then the makers of this car clearly started out with the intention of making a great car that would come to win a distinction of it's own - the well earned distinction of a 'classic car'.

This vehicle outdistances any other luxury car I’ve driven, by virtually every measure. Moreover, its automotive integrity and reliability (which mean fewer repairs) are unsurpassed. Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.
